Would have given a better rating if I hadn't found a men's shaver in the shower. Just shows the room was not cleaned properly.

The room was HUGE! the breakfast was very good, too

Great pool area and wonderful breakfast!

Staff was wonderful. When we checked in, we were greeted warmly and were asked how we were doing. She was friendly and helpful. The woman who was taking care of the breakfast area was also very friendly. The lobby was welcoming and nicely decorated. The breakfast area was also very clean and well kept with a decent variety of food. Our room, however, had some issues. The ceiling light as we came into the room was not working. This is unacceptable. This should have been reported by housekeeping. As the hall into the room was long, it was dark and easy to walk into the corner of the closet. We did report it in the morning. The bathroom sink drain needed attention because the sink emptied very slowly. The 4 lights above the sink were two different kinds, warm and cool. Lighting in the room could be better overall. That just makes it look cheap. The room was clean. The mattress was a bit soft. It was fine for one night.

We stayed in room with a private jacuzzi tub and we were thrilled to see the little rubber duck in the bathroom! Very clean room with a friendly staff.

good location, cleaned staff was helpful. The pool was closed on a very hot day in the evening when we were hoping to swim. The class should be held at another time when the hotel is not busy with guests (early morning). After a long day outside in the heat we really wanted a swim. A large family took over the patio so we could not sit outside. A room to store bikes was not available....the staff did not know what we were asking about. But that was listed on the website.

Great stay. Only recommendation is to remove stains on shower caulking.

No menu options for food allergies aside from unwashed apples.

Front desk clerk was great, but there were bo staff at the hotel in the morning when breakfast started.

The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was offered for 4 hours (6-10 am) and it had a couple hot items along with some traditional continental items. The pool was clean and the water temperature wasn’t too cold.

Excellent breakfast selection. The pool area was nice. Our room was very quiet.

The staff got breakfast ready early for a bunch of us doing a bike ride, which was great!! The front desk staff was helpful, funny, and effective. The hotel itself is old and musty.
