Excellent My doorknob fell off to my room as soon as I opened the door.
-
The historic charm and location to our event in mt Joy WiFi was not up to our standard
-
Maybe invest in a small ice machine. And maybe it’s time for a new mattress and to fix up some of the drywall better in the room we were in otherwise lovely.

The breakfast was exceptional-although we would have liked actual coffee cups instead of disposable. Beautiful porch setting. Charming waiter. No tissues in room. No table on one side of king bed.Would have been nice to have small mounted light over each built in twin bed instead of just overhead light in whole area.

Beautiful location. Room was amazing and comfortable

My wife and I decided to stay here overnight for a little get away and found the facility, grounds, and staff to be wonderful. Really enjoyed our stay and was a beautiful hotel.
-
The staff were great, the dinner excellent and the facility was wonderful. I booked a luxury room for valentines. We traveled over 3 hours only to learn that our room was not available. They said it was an issue with Expedia.
-
No fridge or microwave in the room. We managed to get in without reservations to the restaurant. But the food, especially the main chorus, it was very boring and not very tasteful. The next night we found a much better restaurant for a much better price in Elizabethtown.

The staff was personable and friendly. The breakfast was very good and included in the price. The rooms and facility itself were gorgeous! I would stay here over any hotel!!!
-
Very nice historic property, nice staff, elegant setting, great staff
-
A working gas fire place. The door didn’t latch on bathroom doo and no exhaust fan in bathroom
-
Staff was incredibly helpful and kind, and the inn itself was charming!
-
They were not open when I arrived. Approximately 9:10 pm

The staff was terrific our heater did not work so we were quickly upgraded to a nicer room. The breakfast was a little wanting.. A lot of things missing from the menu. It was Thanksgiving though.. Bed and pillows were awesome
-
Beautiful property. Felt very warm and inviting.

The breakfast was not what we expected. It was not home cooked by the owner. It was an institutional type breakfast. We chose our breakfast from a predetermined menu. Breakfast should be home cooked by the owner with good conversation from the owner. The room was cold and we could hear the guests from the next door room. The sink was sluggish and did not drain properly.
-
Very nice property. I would go again!

I was assigned a 3rd floor room without an elevator. The stairs creaked and the banister was loose… aside from the fact that I am handicapped and walk with a cane. I could say more, but suffice to say I wasn’t impressed with the facility.

Floor, table, desk, and windowsill had multiple dead stinkbugs (at least 20 counted on windowsill alone), dead stinkbug smashed on the wall. No guest toiletries (even just basic soap for the bathroom). Fireplace did not work. Several furniture pieces were very loose or damaged enough that were easily noticeable. Peeling paint and black marks all around the shower walls. It would have been nice to know this room was an addition, not a main part of the original house, as we could have booked a modern day room anywhere. The website and pictures did not identify this. We wanted the older home bed and breakfast experience. It would have also been nice to know that a wedding was going on. We felt we couldn't walk the grounds because we would disturb the bride/groom photo sessions on the geounds and guests walking outside everywhere. This caused a parking issue on check-in as well. Overall, the experiential bummers just kept piling on, and we didn't want to even go to the offered breakfast and just checked out first thing in the morning. I do not usually give such a poor review , but this was not a place I would recommend. I would hope at least the original home interior is better cared for than our room was.
