Beds were so hard. Comforter had holes in it. Room was 64 degrees. Hallway smelled bad room smelled like mildew

The hotel looks run down. Stains on the floor. Hair all over the bathroom floor. Felt dirty and didn’t trust the floors to be barefoot. Left as soon as we woke up because it felt gross to be in the room. Will not be staying again. Breakfast food was cold.

We always stayed at this property when coming to Mount Pleasant but they have changed management and now it is run down and poorly managed. Stacy is not friendly. Breakfast was half empty and cold at 8am. The room had a musty smell to it. We will not be going back.

If you are coming to Mt. Pleasant, it is the best place to stay.

Several patrons were having issues with their room when I checked in. Breakfast was very sub par and their orange juice machine was not working right and was disgusting

I reserved and pre paid for a King Suite room. Upon check in, I opened our room to find a regular two queen bed room. The desk clerk gave me some excuse about using Expedia. I wasn't compensated for the mess up at all. The first floor smelled strongly of Marijuana when we arrived. Our room had a desk, no chair. The bathroom fan didn't work either. We were very disappointed because we usually like to stay here. We visit often because of family that live here. Also had the pleasure of listening to a dog bark in the room beside us.

This stay was very good. The staff was very nice and helpful. We swam in the pool every day and it was a good temperature and clean. The breakfast was good and always being refilled with fresh food. If I had two things to say it would be that the breakfast was always the same thing. It would be nice if they change it up a little but I guess this probably does not matter for most people who are only staying the one night. Also I wish they had newer room keys as we got locked out a lot because of the magnet on my phone case making the room key not work. Overall though it really was a good visit and we will probably stay again.

We booked a room with king size bed but got a room with two queen beds. Room was clean but disappointed we did not have king bed. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast, several choices.

Convenient to where we were going. The hotel could use some updating. Tight area around main desk area. Looked like one or two people were doing everything.

Nice hotel. Good bed. Conveniently located half way to St Louis along Avenue of the Saints.

We stayed one night. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. We would definitely stay there again.
