Good for families. Near to shopping complex

Staff was very friendly and helpful, immediately helping to get us different room when the AC unit in ours wasn't working properly.

I would stay again if i had to visit the area. Just your standard, clean, normal Hampton

Overall a very nice stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location relative to the airport and food spots is really convenient, especially for families. Strong value for money. The pool and fitness rooms were also really nice inclusions (again, big help for famliMy lone issues were the AC/climate control in the room did not work at all which would've been a real problem had the weather been more severe, and though an extra sofa bed was included in the room, there were no extra blankets or pillows for it in the room. Those should be in the room without the extra task of findout out they're not there and having to ask for them.

Breakfast was probably the best thing about this hotel. The carpets were disgustingly dirty everywhere. Elevators broke. You have to take two different elevators from the parking garage to get to your room. Room keys stopped working 4 times in our two night stay. Hotel wasn’t worth the price they charge in my opinion.

Clean room

This is my second time staying here and I really enjoy the clean and comfortable rooms. I will be staying here again in the future.

Great location and fantastic staff. We loved our room. If we had to criticize anything it would be one of the elevators was not working while we were there and with the heat wave, the pool area was too hot to use.

The first room I was assigned did not have working A/C, but the staff quickly addressed the issue and assigned me a different room.

Bed not best shape. Elevator broken. Parking is not free. Water stains on ceiling.

We had a very enjoyable stay. When checking in Mauro made us feel very welcome and was super helpful. I have stayed in a lot of hotels but his customer service was by far the best I have ever experienced. Thank you!

Our keycard never worked to get into the garage. The elevators weren’t working correctly; we would get in and push our floor and the doors would close; then the doors would open and start buzzing and we were on the same floor we got in on.

Friendly, helpful, professional, sparkling clean throughout

Room in good condition. TV good. Mattress good. Shower not bad. Hallways around elevator especially not well maintained. Dog friendly so could hear dogs barking sometimes. Ask for non dog room if allergies. Breakfast OK but underwhelming.

Very clean. The water temp and pressure in the showers was great. The front desk and housekeeping staff went above and beyond.

Only downfall was one of the elevators weren't working, the only operational one took a long time to accommodate all the guests.
