It was good

Clean room and the staff was very friendly! Had our two little dogs with us and had a nice dog area.

After checking in and unpacking we noticed that our TV would not connect to the internet, so access to cable channels was not possible and the live channel options had no information on what one could watch. We called the front desk and a staff member could not correct the problem. We were told that we could change rooms to one with a working TV but that it would cost an additional $75. This is a ridiculous policy meant only to fleece guests, so we refused. Hilton hotels is now on our "most unwanted" list.

We will be back next we are in town.

Wasn't that great for the price

The room was clean and comfortable. Little things make a huge difference: the staff smiled when we checked in and gave us bottles of water and cookies. A very special little thing was the night light in the bathroom.

Was there for a night while traveling through the area, super easy location right off highway woth a decent amout of food & shopping within a reasonable distance. Hampton Inn's are usually a solid bet for me, but the friendly staff was a welcome addition & something that isn't always a garuntee, also clean & comfortable room, good pool area & breakfast. Decent view from 3rd floor as well.

The bathroom was exceptionally clean. I was surprised to hear that the property was 20 years old—I thought it was a relatively new property. Keep up the great job!

1. At check-in, I was greeted in a cold and unfriendly manner by a visibly annoyed staff member named "Amanda." 2. For a Hampton Inn in the $200 price range, the room was quite outdated. The beds squeaked, and the pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. In the bathtub, the diverter mechanism for switching from the faucet to the showerhead wasn't working properly (at most, only 50% of the water was coming through the shower); furthermore, the water drained poorly. 3. The next morning, breakfast was a total disappointment, on par with a cheap motel. 4. The hotel was located in an industrial complex, far removedaway from any civilization. Honestly, I will avoid this hotel chain in the future, because for nearly 200 USD p. night I have higher expectations.

The Hampton Inn was a delight after a long day on the road. The town itself was basically a collection of smoke shops and bars, but the hotel was clean, comfortable, and calming. Having a washer/dryer with the ice and vending machines (on each floor) was a nice touch. I didn't have an opportunity to use the pool or other amenities, but others seemed to enjoy them.
