Or maybe at least an extra blanket. At check inn, it would be good and nice to ask if the customer would like to purchase bottles of water for their room to drink. Thank you

The continental breakfast they were charging $12 for! No water to drink or make coffee with. What???? Goodness these hotel rooms are not cheap. Establishments that are this expensive should always have water for their customers to drink in the rooms. This is crazy.

The bloke behind reception was lovely & helpful, even addressed me by name whihc was a nice touch. The girl behind the bar was also helpful & friendly. The room was nice and clean and the bed as comfortable. We left to early to try the breakfast I did use the shower the night before though & the water pressure was great and the temp was nice and hot. We have stayed there before & would again.

The iron in the room had some sort of debris and ruined my outfit. I informed the front desk and they replaced the iron but didnt do anything else. I will need to now try my luck with the dry cleaners to see if my new outfit can be salvaged. The hotel is nice but the guest support and housekeeping could be better.

That was when the staff were actually there and not closing down and leaving 1 hour before nominated close time - which was 9pm. Room amenities were certainly not up to Hilton standard.

Hotel is very close to Boeing field where I was planning to visit and all installations are very clean and silent. There’re plenty of available parking spaces. Reception staff were very kind with us and the price of the breakfast, which is apart, is fair and with reasonable food options.

Should not have to pay for breakfast. It was a typical continental breakfast that is usually free elsewhere. Was not worth the money. Better quality, more food available. Didn’t think it was worth the price
