The bathroom door did not close and the fan in the bathroom did not work either when I told staff they brushed it off. Very out of character for Hampton I usually have great experiences at their hotels. I will be rethinking staying at another one.

We stay here every time we drive to visit my daughter in Texas. This place is spotless, quiet and the free breakfast is amazing!! Not to mention its convenient location right off I-35. You’d never know there’s a casino right next door😉

Not your fault but power was out for a few hours

No water for the whole day

As nice as the hotel was, we were told at check in that the water was shut off. In addition to that the pool was out of service. I called asking for updates on when the water would be back on because we needed to use the toilets and showers. The lady was very nice but offered us no compensation nor any information regarding when the water would be turned back on.

Breakfast was Great! Casino was Great! Pool & Hot tub was closed both days we stayed there, which was a Total Bummer! I was really looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub but as they say... "Poo Happens"! I'm not sure why it was closed & the desk said it was working fine the day before so I'm sure it was just an unforeseen maintenance issue that coincidently broke on the day we checked in, not the result of anything the hotel staff did. Oh well, I'll just have to make a point to go back to get that "relaxing soak" someday :) P.s We went with our adult children & laughed more that weekend then I had all month! Thanks Hilton

Our bathroom shower was terrible; needs showerhead replaced.

We checked in late afternoon. Checked in and then they told us the water was turned off for the entire hotel. The desk clerk was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The facilities in the adjoining casino were working. We went to the casino and had some dinner there and back to the room around 7:30. Still no water. They said estimate 8:30 or 8:45. Water did come back on around 8:30. Not a major inconvenience but still not a pleasant experience wondering if we should move to another hotel. Again, the desk clerk handled this very professionally and comptently.

One night of slots and rest during a trip. We always stop here between Texas and Kansas.
