the AC didn't work....it was either way hot or way cold, even though we had the thermostat set correctly. The fire alarm went off in our room at 4:15 am and 5:15 am, with no explanation as to what was going on. When we addressed it with the staff the next morning, they barely apologized. No compensation or voucher or anything. Nice hotel, too bad.

Our bathroom was disgusting. Had about 6 hairs left in it as if it wasn’t clean, bedding was gross. Connected to casino and smells like an ashtray throughout property.

False fire alarm went off at 3:45 AM and again around 5:45 AM. Front desk advises it is a maintenance issue and routine. For $200+ a night I'd expect a better maintained property. Aside from no sleep and falling while evacuating, the property is mediocre and not worth the money. Go to Wichita and get a better hotel for less money.

Two false fire alarms at 3:45 AM and 5:45 AM on the same night. Paid $200 per night for this so-called "luxury" hotel. The front desk personnel say the alarm is a known and recurring problem. While evacuating with my minor children I tripped. Not seriously hurt, but what a nightmare. The facility was not impressive, especially given the price.

Check In went very well. Info given about the facility as it was our first time to stay there. Wonderfully comfortable room. Breakfast was YUMMY! More help needed to keep up with the rush that occurred during our time in the dining room. Food was excellent

The staff was very welcoming. Our rooms very clean. Excellent the mattresses were not hard nor to soft they were perfect, and the breakfast was delicious.

Our King Suite was great size!! Comfortable bed! Nice and clean place! Indoor pool area was too hot and hard to breathe in that area. Small pool. Casino onsite was huge and a lot of fun, bands at night and plenty of bars to choose from!! We enjoyed our stay!!
