Check-in and check-out were both extremely easy, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to the casino. We honestly have nothing but great things to say about our stay. World-class staff, excellent service, and a wonderful place to stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The fire alam went off 4 times starting at 2:00am. The people on duty were clueless about what was going on. We got up and left at 4:15am. There was no chance of going back to sleep and the alarm made it miserable to stay in the room.

A great room, but the repeated alarms made it hard to rest.

Good stay. The only issue was I could smell the smoke from the casino in the lobby. Other than that it was a great stay! The room was great!

The staff was exceptional. Really enjoyed just talking with them and they were extremely helpful with suggestions and let us know if we needed anything to please let them know.

Didn’t get clean towels brought in or beds remade or trash emptied while there. Had to go to front desk to get towels

Room was clean and staff friendly and helpful. Wish we couldn’t smell the cigarette smoke upstairs in the hotel from the casino, but it was mainly the hallways not our room.

We were very impressed with the room. Staff were very nice, breakfast was good. Casino steps away inside the building of the hotel. Will definitely return if we are in the area.

Our visit was fine except for the unexpected twenty five dollar miscellaneous charge. That was very disappointing!

Courteous and kind staff. Rooms are exceptionally clean and beds and pillows are soft and comfy. We look forward to our next stay when we travel cross country to visit family.

Great stay except for the exterior of the building was missing siding and needed some repair.

Love the place but don’t like that smoking is still allowed in the casino. They do have a non-smoking area but the smoking still permeates the place. Still would recommend!
