The entire hotel was clean. The staff was very pleasant and professional. We just liked it all and we’ll be back.

If I could give a hotel less than one star I would. I now have to dispute the charges since they had the audacity to still charge all three rooms.

I submitted my complaint to front desk clerk on duty. He said a manager will be in touch to address my concerns. Highly disappointed. My recent stay was unacceptable

For some reason or another... I am being charged for water that was in the fridge. Even though, I brought some water up to my room from the front counter. This seems like a reason to take some of my deposit. Everytime I come here my rooms aren't completely clean and toiletries are sometimes missing. I tried to complain to staff, and only one time I was given another room. Sheets were dirty and I couldn't get a new room because of staff. I'm over this Ameristar hotel.

Hotel was great, smaller casino with a decent atmosphere. Hotel room was super nice and big. Only issue issues I had on 09.28.26 was the 2 girls at the restaurant/bar. I had to wait 20 min plus to get any help while other people walked up to the bar and got what they needed immediately. I guess my color didn’t match what they liked.

The Bar wasn't that great. Was tough to get a cocktail at times. The layout of the casino was subpar.

The room looked impressive when I walked in but increased in disappointment as the stay went on. From weird stains on the furniture, walls, and curtains to tables not being wiped off to the tub dripping through the night, the room was suspiciously uncomfortable. And the pillows were so thick and hard that I felt like I was sleeping with my pillow doubled-over all night. The check-in desk employee was amazingly welcoming, personable, and friendly, but the joy stopped there. The casino was very smoky. The restaurant in the main area was at minimal menu before 11:00 - odd for a casino. And the salad I got from the grab-and-go fridge in the restaurant had vegetables so rotten that they melted under my touch. Really nice staff but terrible stay. Oh, and I thought I could smell coffee brewing in the morning but it was just the marijuana from another room.

More concerning was the strong smell of cigarettes and something else. It appeared that people had smoked in the room, and other guests continued smoking throughout the night. I am pregnant and was unable to rest because of the intense odor. I also experienced a severe headache throughout the night, which I believe was caused by the same situation of cigarettes and “something else” I understand that some situations may be beyond your control, but I wanted to inform you because this significantly affected our stay. Given my pregnancy, I was particularly concerned about being exposed to the entire night.

The food was excellent and the staff was amazing. They no longer have Valet parking or Bellman.

Everything Staff was awesome

Nice and roomy. Bathtub was awesome. Shower gel was empty, needed more towels and a blanket, had to go down to front desk and get them myself. Got a 12:00 late check out. Housekeeping came BANGING on the door nonstop, guess my late checkout wasn’t communicated

Staff went above and beyond to accommodate me and my friends

We arrived to be told no rooms were available! I had paid for the room in advanced, so room was already paid for. We arrived at 7 pm and was told it had first come first serve. I explained the room was already paid for that didn't matter. We were 3 hours from home. They finally offered a smoking room 1 bed. I told them we had no choice, but I was traveling with my 81-year-old sister that had asthma and most likely she wouldn't be able to handle the smoking room. Finally, after much discussion they found a non-smoking room that we were able to have. We were lucky we got a room. Several people were turned away with no room a lot had already paid for the room. No options or other places to stay was offered to anyone. I would never stay here again for fear of no room. The place was clean and the room was super nice.
