Need more staff for desk help, service was good once we got to the desk.

Did not realize people could smoke inside. Otherwise we had a good time.

The staff was nice. The front desk switched rooms because the 1st room was stinky and hot. The second room was half cleaned. Someone left condoms and the trashcans had no bags. I had to request for tissue to wipe after the bathroom.

Rooms were very clean, and spacious.

Nice location. Clean and comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Great bed pillows. Convenient and great price. Lobby coffee machine not working was disappointing, but no other complaints.

The room was clean but the property was overall outdated. Repairs were being done but certain things weren’t working.

It was dirty and very musty, humid inside. black mold in the restroom & you could tell floors weren't the cleanest. There was dust everywhere. & to top it off the 3 nights i stayed there all I heard was people talking about how you don't win there (which ended up being true). The staff was nice though.

I reserved 2 rooms, only one was ready when we checked in so we had to get ready for a concert in one room. There were 5 women trying to get ready to go out in one room. Then we came back after the concert, we were told our connecting wasn't available due to unforseen circumstances. We were given a complimentary room 10 floors away. The room was not very clean and uncomfortable. The complimentary coffee machine was broken and there weren't enough cups or coffee in the rooms for a morning coffee. For $163 a night and an $11.99 charge for I don't know what, I would have expected more. Also the smell of Marijuana in the elevator was overwhelming.

Excellent service and room was very nice and with up to date amenities. No transportation service to downtown Chicago.

The hotel war very clean. Nice spacious room and loved the soaking tub.

The best part was many food options at all hours

The hotel was nice, and the rooms were spacious. While the furnishings were a bit dated, and the dresser and nightstand had mismatched drawers, the bed was extremely comfortable. Most of the staff were excellent and friendly, although one young lady seemed to have an unfriendly attitude. One of the elevators was also very loud and noisy. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and appreciated the comfortable accommodations.

The so called restaurants were not open so you could get food as they advertised. The non smoking area was filled with people smoking and ash trays at most machines.

We ordered pizza and it was not hot when we got it. The pizza was good but on the cold side.

Very nice place but they only provide cardbord glass if you want to drink water

Room Rug had black luggage track marks. Coffee pot still had used dried filter from last use. Staff was friendly. Unfortunately found out at check out, I was in the wrong room. No wonder I had to go down to tell desk, key would not open door at check in. They gladly came up and opened it.
