Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Murrells Inlet, SC

I liked the fact that it didn't take long to check in.

We had a wonderful time

I was very disappointed with this motel, the floor in the room was dirty, the elevator had a strong odor, poorly maintained. I have stayed at one other Country Inn and Suites in West Virginia and it was excellent, that is the reason I chose this motel, thinking it would be the same.

Yep it’s fine I was good with the value

The check in was easy, I did not notice anything out of the normal on the outside. The room was clean but one of the light fixtures was not working. There was a couple stains on one of the comforters on the second bed. There were some stains on the bathroom floor. The A/C was extremely cold(great job) I had to keep adjusting it. I got the room for the price point I paid. Not overly impressed, but neither disappointed either. I left around 5:15 AM and saw no one at the desk. I would stay again.

Everything was dirty , old used coffee pods in with new , someone’s make up left , dead cockroach, elevator dirty , bad Oder Construction stuff all over that looked as if it wasn’t used recently or planned on being used, it def not well maintained , I would never book again, I didn’t even try or see there included breakfast. To much to mark it all, Def a thumbs down

It was the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed. The first room they gave us head Bug‘s climbing on the floor. Then they moved us into another room with the air conditioning, making so much noise you couldn’t think straight. The staff didn’t give any care in the world about what was happening. Extremely dirty, rude staff the hotel looks like it’s trying to get redone and they ran out of money or something will never stay there again.

The hotel is in some stage of renovation. The downstairs hallway carpet is terribly dirty, soiled from construction but the individual rooms were average to good. Some plumbing issues (bathroom drain disconnected). My fellow traveler down the hall had not running water to the large tub, I did though. Had to go up to the fifth floor for a functional ice machine. Needs to advertise they are in a state of renovation.

I think they are still doing some renovations but that being said, the room was clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Very cost efficient.

There’s a lot of construction going on around the hotel so it’s pretty secluded in dark, but the parking lot was pretty lit up. The staff was nice. The continental breakfast was OK. I wasn’t even expecting that to be honest. The pool looked clean. I felt pretty safe for me and my daughter walking back-and-forth in the evening. I just wish it wasn’t so dark getting into the parking lot.

The whole property is way below average. Our floor had carpet being laid and the adhesive smell was bad. The room: lots of paste patches on the walls, unpainted; the bed was poor but the metal furniture, including the bedframe; the lamp did not have a bulb in it; the bathroom had a number of towels but only 1 bath tile, rest much smaller; the shower base had some mold issues at the back; the bath shower door would not close all the way, making large areas of wet tile, no matter how much we tried; there was no soap dish, so where do you lay the soap; I know, on top of the shampoo and conditioner bottles, but they aren't the cleanest and the past guest left their soap on top of the dispensers, where no staff founfyii while "cleaning". Breakfast, really bad except yogurt. Eggs were literally horrible, OJ okay, coffee useable. NOTE, the assistance in the breakfast was very good and the front desk assisted us in letting us use a table when our daughter and husband brought supper over. He wiped the table, showed us where utensils were if needed, and turned on the overhead light. It had bulbs. Overall very disappointed, but you know what do you expect in today's time.

Undergoing renovations, maybe that will help. Room was probably the dirtiest I've ever stayed in. Location was convenient. Pool closed and we were asked to leave at 9:40. Won't be back.

Room smelled and had mold on the ceiling above window

The property in general is in disrepair some very dirty spots staff storage room door in the hallway left unlocked where anybody could go in there ice machine downstairs didn't work the one upstairs worked but the button was broken and you had to play with it and it made loud noise all day and night. I could go on and on

Room smelled bad, hallway smelled like weed!

We stayed here one night before moving to our beach house rental. As soon as we walked you could see that the hotel needs a lot of work. The entry and elevator are very run down. We figured that it was for one night and we would deal with it. The person at the desk was friendly and assigned us a room on the 3rd floor. As soon as I opened the door to the room the stench of cigarette smoke came out to greet us. It really stunk bad. You could tell it wasn't recent smoke. We went down to the front desk and told the clerk and he tried to blame housekeeping for not telling them. They gave us a new room and this one was better. A little run down but didn't smell. It had 2 queen beds. When we went to go to bed the first bad had sheets that had a stain on the fitted sheet. You could tell it had been washed but still had a stain. The second bed was fine. We slept there and got out early. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Bathroom wasn’t properly clean with the previous guest’s used wash cloth hanging on the shower rod, multiple lights did not work. The whole second floor had a musty nasty smell. The stairwell was beyond nasty along the terrible stains all over the carpet.
