Obvious construction piles of construction material outside. This was a low price and included the basics.

Old, tired, dirty.

Staff was amazing. Room was nice. Great price and location Cleanliness was lacking and smells in elevator. Bed was horrible, sunken down in center and I didn't want to sleep on it

The pool There was mold thru out the hotel it had a really bad moldy/musty smell thruout. Bathroom had no toilet paper had to ask for towels. The pullout sofa had no sheet, blanket or pillows when our reservation was for 5 people so it was obviously gonna be used. There was no place to hang your clothes. There wasn't anything I liked but the pool and that wasn't even up to par cause there was mold on the ceiling.

I was solo traveler. Perfect for what I needed. Real feel temp was high while I was there and A/C was working great.

The room was clean and the beds comfortable. There is a Cracker Barrel that is right next door. I think it’s being updated and just not finished yet. Front desk person was hard to get to come out of the office and even yelled from office back and forth to me once. No light in pool room and when questioned was told only screws no lights. Not safe to use in my opinion. After check in I had to go back down due to no toilet papers, noticed onky 2 set of towels so had to request 3 more but only got 2, and nothing for sofa bed. Requested bedding for it and just got fitted, flat, and 2 pillow cases, but no pillows. Luckily we had pillows and blankets in the car. We made the best of it since it was just an overnight stay but wouldn’t stay again and definitely not more than a quick over night. You could see light all the way around the door so noisy.

First thing is we get there late and they hit us with the $25 room/danage fee deposit. We needed room floor. I requested one. Dude behind counter didnt even acknowledge his own existence much less mine or my sons, lol! We get to our room and the door is open. Like when you leave the bolt out so you dont lock the door. Im like HECK NO. I go tell the front desk dude and he's like " Do yiu think some ones in there?" My Man, my brother. If you had to ask me that why aint you calling security? So i calmy said that ok if you hear 3 different types of pew pew sounds that means the abswer to your question is yes some one was in the room!!!! WHAT THE HECK! The room didnt have a couch or chair n the bench was put together wrong so it was uneven so yeah your not blaming me for that one. 1 light didn't work. No phone. Remote was sticky? Beds were comfortable tho. A lot of mixed matched remodeling projects that's have stopped and been forgotten and done improperly and not up to code(air exhaust in bathroom doesn't work,shower unleaded and isn't sealed or caulked in properly so it leaks all over floor. No toilet paper holder so thus no toilet paper, just a box of kleenex. Sink cabinet leaked and was broken so towels were wet. Fridge leaked. Front Desk youg lady was super sweet about it and offered to change rooms. By then I was like we are settled and got extra towels n toilet paper. They made no apologies and night guy when we checked in made no attempt to say like Yo we are remodeling

The room was clean; the only problem was that they need pest control, as an insect would appear out of nowhere every day. especially in the bathroom.

Breakfast had a nice variety. Coffee bar all day long was another good amenity, at least for me. I had no shower curtain.. water on the floor... safety issue.

Nasty They were nasty and everything about the hotel was my disgusting and I was supposed to get my money back and they never gave my money back. This day was very unpleasant. My room was filthy. It had another guest food in my microwave and underneath my bed the sheets were filthy and had stains on them from the people who stayed before us. It was completely disgusting Very bad place to stay.

Dirty, staff argued with customers everywhere

The extra lock on the door was broken. The carpet on our floor was stained and worn. They are in the process of renovating. The women’s bathroom on the first floor was out of order. Both water fountains on the first floor did not work.

The room was recently renovated so it was a typical room. However, every area outside of our room was dirty and needed updating. Wasn’t an issue because we only slept in the room and weren’t on property much but be prepared if you are going to spend time on property.

The room was remodeled but definitely needs some sort of rug on the floor. Was very gritty with no socks on. Had to go and get towels everyday. Even asked for room service to give us towels the first day on our way out but didn’t get any until I went to get them myself. Staff was very friendly and helpful when approached though. Just didn’t think ahead that people needed fresh towels everyday.The continental breakfast was very good and my family enjoyed it very much. Also they enjoyed the pool area in the evenings. Other than the towels, it was a nice stay.

I stayed one night out of my booked three nights. Hotel is kind of run down and I did not even have toilet paper in the bathroom. Was very dissatisfied
