This hotel is nice and reasonably priced. Especially since we booked last minute on the 4th of July. It is a bit outdated and older, but our room was clean and comfy. Everything worked and the room was a great size that gave us space to move around. Would definitely stay again.

Nothing, it was run down Nothing, needed a major overhaul the pools filled with junk. The only good thing was they had bedbug protectors on the mattress and there was no bedbugs thank God for that, but it was just major rundown
-
Absolutely everything is bad.
-
There was very little choice for breakfast. Nothing hot.
-
The only thing good was they let us park our motorcycles under the concrete check in awning! It was dirty, the bathroom had mold in the shower, pee and fecal matter from the previous occupants, dead bugs in the corners of the floor, almost no lighting, our balcony door view was an inclosed area that had stacked mattresses everywhere, the communication with staff was super difficult considering they spoke almost no English. The breakfast bar had rotten apples and stale bread
-
Inexpensive stay, but definitely needs works done to it. Breakfast was minimal. Coffee was good. No soap in the bathroom.

Sucks the pools closed everytime im here, grew up loving the waterfall. Also could be cleaner but clean enough. Great the price

If I wasn’t my friend was in hospice, and I went through a great expense to get there and I didn’t spent much time there,I would have loss the money I paid and gone somewhere else. The place was dirty. Equipment did not work. repairs being done on the building.

I had a bad cold, and the steel box where the Kleenex box would be, no tissues. Went to the front desk, “do you have Kleenex “. No, sorry no tissues. I went down the next morning for breakfast and I’m not expecting omelets and hash browns. But it would have been nice to have waffles. No waffles. No microwave—but there’s one in my room. For my cold oatmeal I had to take back to my room. Whatever. I can deal with outdated decor. I guess next time I’ll spend a few dollars more and have hot coffee and Kleenex.—-& probably even get a nice breakfast.

The room was clean

The room we stayed in for two weeks was an improvement on the previous stay. A broken faucet handle that was reported the second day was not repaired during our stay. Bring your own shampoo. The ice machine was out of service with no signage during our entire stay. The pool is still out of service. The upper hallway is in disrepair. There really was not much of a free breakfast as advertised. The family staff was nice and courteous when visible. This is definitely an economy motel.

If the bookings sight would have had the real Google rating and not something they came up with, I would NOT have stayed there. It's a 2 star hotel. At best. The place needs a lot of work.
