When i came in to check in on Wednesday July 29th, the lady who was working was so rude!!!! She even threatened to kick us out when i had just come in to check in. I will never come back here again. I had paid online and lady said i wont get my money back and lose my deposit and that she can kick me out and ive never had any1 be so disrespectful!

Had room second floor over the patio area was loud until midnight or later impossible to get needed sleep for early morning appointment. That was only issue I experienced.

I didn’t like that my room did not have a whirlpool and that’s what I paid for

Our bed was comfortable and the room was nicely laid out. Very nice bathroom but the lighting was not adequate. The outdoor pool and seating area were very nice.

The hotel staff was top-notch. I spoke to three different people at the front desk and every one of them was spot on with their directions with the food choices and with any questions that I had the room was quiet comfortable the shower was perfect. The bed was perfect. Everything about this hotel was just perfect for me. 10 out of 10 would stay again.

The bathroom was not cleaned and the sheets were not clean plus the refrigerator was dirty I would like to use the pool but it looks like it has dirt on the bottom.

Rooms were very nice but could of had a way to make coffee in room, and have phone in it also in case needed to call front desk. Hot tub felt great i just didn't have enough time in it before we had to check out.

The room was fine, nothing special. Not the best location, several closed and empty restruants and area was industrial and commercial. About 20 minutes from Lake Michigan. Staff always looked surprised or annoyed to see me when I left the room. The "arcade" mainly claw machines, but there is a pool table and an air hockey. There are two pools and a hot tub which is nice.

This was the perfect place for getting some time in the pool and staying close to the beach and city as we traveled. The room was clean and the staff was helpful!

I had to wait to check in as staff were not at desk. When she arrived, she was helpful enough. The hallways were dark and a bit dingy. In the room, the shower gel was out and the carpet near the temperature control was wet. When I entered the room, there was a chemical smell. I was very surprised by the condition of the property since I expect Country Inn and Suites to be of higher quality - and the price was not cheap. Breakfast was OK. I would never recommend this place.
