North Beach Resort & Villas

We rented a townhouse, so disappointed, dirty the master bedroom sheets were dirty with stains, looked even like blood stains, living room furniture dirty no way someone can sleep in the sofa bed, carpet super dirty you can’t walk around without shoes, bathroom rugs ridiculous dirty, I lifted the one on the master bedroom and dirt under at the point I found a ring. I had to wash the sheets before I went to bed.

This resort far exceeded our expectations. We had 3 kids and 3 adults. The property is pretty big but there is a shuttle running nonstop and comes super quick when you call. All of the staff, especially the drivers, were amazing. Property itself was well maintained. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at the North Beach Villa Resort. Everything was well maintained and clean. Our villa was set with the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable. Loved that we could call the shuttles to get to the pool and beach from our villa. The resort is close to everything we need from restaurants to shopping and fun activities. Will come back again.

We spent a wonderful week in an ocean front 2 bedroom! Clean and comfortable. Resort is close by everything you want or need! Wonderful safe family location! We will definitely return

The bedroom tv continued to be a problem to operate. Maintenance had to come by but the problem came back the next day. The ice-maker didn’t work. The maintainence man brought over a bag of ice. The walls are too thin. I could heard my neighbor next door talking.

Don’t rent 451 Banyan. Everything about the resort was lovely, shuttle staff were great! However, our chosen house was dirty. I have tons of pictures, informed staff who didn’t seem to be bothered. I would stay again but would definitely choose a different house.

Love the resort. We've been coming here for years. Can't wait to come back again next year.

Great staff! Awsome pools and close access to the beach!! Pool locations were a bit farther from the villas

Staff members were helping as needed. The property needs to be repaired/ maintained. The room had broken bed, uncomfortable mattress and worn out couch and chairs. Closet and bathroom were not cleaned (found hairs……). Great kitchen and nice space at all. The staff members helped us in fixing the bed and the mattress. The other odd thing is that I booked via Expedia a one bedroom with two beds ( one for us, and separate bed to our child), but they gave us a room with a single bed inside ( not a big deal, but our child was not happy with it)

We had a great stay ! Although according to Expedia we were supposed to have a patio or balcony. Other than that our stay was great
