Well located property. Easily walkable to river and in downtown. Big rooms, very comfortable. Clean property and free parking. Overall great experience - staff is very helpful. We are repeat customers.

Clean, great location and friendly ataff

Perfect location to spend time in downtown Naperville. Free self parking was a plus. Not sure the room rates are justified with such limited onsite amenities, however I wouldn’t mind staying here in the future.

The staff was nice and helpful. The parking was nice, but getting to it was not outlined well. I ran into others who had a hard time finding the hotel parking. The hotel should make locating its parking easier. The room was clean, but the toilet ran and tank constantly filled throughout the day and night. The bathroom sink was extremely slow, there was no good lighting around the mirror for putting on makeup, and it did not have a magnifying make-up mirror. There was no full length mirror either. There were no blankets in the room and I had to call for a delivery but the brought them quickly. The one down sheet on the bed had seen better days and appeared to be old and overused because the material was lumpy and moved to one side of the lining. The room was very small; much smaller than expected. There is not much room to move around the bed. I think the room should definitely be a little bit bigger; at least to allot some space to move around the bed. I did not see a filtered water dispenser, which would’ve been a nice touch for a five star hotel. Overall, the hotel was Okay, for the location.

The hotel es very very well located, we enjoy so much our stay. The staff were SUPERB specially Alejandra, everything is walking distance. The restaurants couldn`t be better

Very nice and location was excellent. Had a very large terrace, overlooking the riverwalk.

Clean suite room. Close to downtown bars. My daughter and her friends enjoyed their visit.

The front desk was super helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful and it was super clean. The blow dryer was broken and I took it down to get a new one and the amazing man at the front desk handed me a brand new blow dryer in the box. We ate at Santo Cielo for our 10 year anniversary and everything we had was absolutely amazing. They brought out 2 complimentary glasses of champagne with a candle for us to blow put together and a complimentary dessert. Our waitress was so sweet and kind. The view was gorgeous. The river walk was stunning at night. We stopped at the Plank and had a night cap. The bartender was amazing! We went back to our hotel room and slept like a rock. The next morning we ate breakfast at the Plank, it was so good! We walked around and shopped the next morning and had a blast. We’re not ready to leave lol I’d definitely recommend going there! Especially if you’re celebrating anything!

Everything was clean and comfortable ~ also dedicated garage parking for the win!

The beds are very comfortable, some privacy issues with the bathroom if you’re travelling with friends, but not a big deal. The F&B offerings are excellent in the hotel and around it. Also, many thanks to the wonderful Front Desk staff who were able to extend our stay over a busy wedding weekend and the housekeeping staff for putting up with all the mess. Would definitely stay again.

Location and atmosphere - both were excellent and the staff was helpful all around.

Great hotel in an excellent location. Staff was courteous and helpful. Located in downtown Naperville along the Riverwalk. Restaurants and shops are all within walking distance as are a number of parks and site seeing attractions.

Naperville has many awesome restaurants, attractions and great beach. Hotel was good!

This was our first time staying at Hotel indigo and we are very impressed. We stayed at the Riverview side of the hotel and that view was nice. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were really comfortable. Loved the spacious bathroom. Our was only complaint is there’s not enough lighting. Oh well, we only stayed one night and we already can’t wait to go back for a longer stay.
