Great location and property. Awesome sunset views. It got really hot and humid inside the house one day and we wished for ac in the house. Other days it was great.

The only real negative for me was the curtains. Somehow, they kept popping off from those clips that hold them to the rail on the ceiling. After two days I stopped fixing them. The view from this unit was probably one of the worst in this resort. It’s a side unit in the building across and the view of the ocean is very limited. There are bushes right in front of the unit that block 90% of the view. You can see the view if you stand up and if you’re tall enough. The HOA should consider removing those bushes to provide an amazing view of the ocean to this unit. Now the best part of the stay was watching the sunset every day right from the property. Tenants would just come out on to the porch or sit on the benches or on the grass in front of the beach and enjoy the sunset. The grass was very pleasant to walk on and my kids loved playing on the loan. The beach is basically all lava rock and has very limited sand on it, but we saw turtles resting there almost daily. We also saw A LOT of whales right from where we stayed.

It was very clean and comfortable. The owner provided bea h chairs, coolers of 3 different sizes, local coffee, britta jar and many helpful things. The entire property was well maintained and looked great. The view from the shore was awesome. Could watch the turtles feeding near to the shore. No mosquitos! The lack of privacy b/c it is a corner unit by the laundry room. People walking by all the time. No A/C but I did not notice it when booking this place. Gets hot afternoon and we could not use the patio b/c of it.

No breakfast. Great Location. This unit showed a lot of wear and needs repairs Patio s reen didn't slid, curtains were very worn and not easy to move, the bathroom moldings needed repair. No air conditioning for hot nights.

The view was fantastic, quiet spot in a nice location. Saw lots of sea turtles and whales, friendly community and they accomdated us with a date change and a late checkout no problem! Hot tub not working while we were there

The location was great, and the condo was decorated beautifully, tropical-Hawaiian. The sofabed has the most comfortable foam mattress you could ever want. When we went from 4 people to 2 people for half of our stay, we preferred the sofabed living room instead of the bedroom. The back view through the floor to ceilling windows is gorgeous! The sprinklers come on every night and sounds like refreshing rain (plus there is also real rain). ? There needs to be more silverware and large coffee cups, salt & pepper and correct coffee filters. The teapot and skillets need to be replaced. Since the windows are always open with no central air (which is nice, but), from the bedroom there is parking lot and road noise, so it doesn't seem so private. The washers in the separate laundry room are old, and should be replaced.
