Air conditioner didn't work in the room

Our stay was very easy and comfortable. The only reason I gave some attributes 3 stars is because the hotel is under renovation. Every space not under renovation is excellent and in pristine condition. Bathroom products are luxurious. I just felt some guests will appreciate knowing one wing of the hotel is a construction zone. The construction did not impact our stay at all.

Overall, we had a great stay. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good. Everything met our expectations. The only issue was that the carpet in the hallway on the 4th floor had a very bad smell. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we enjoyed our stay.

I never stay there, I made a mistake in the dates and I still waiting for the hotel or Expedia response. I called to request a refund or à credit because I made a mistake for a reservation I want in September and I made by mistake the same day, but I still waiting for the hotel confirmation.
