Their was a fire no fire alarm no sprinklers smoke along the hall could not find stairs.no one new what to do.mangement did not inform us what was going on.could not find my mother who was on another floor.another room water down from ceiling.

El lugar se veía bien en las fotos sin embargo cuando llegamos las habitaciones tenían filtraciones de agua por las lluvias ellos tenían ventiladores por todos lados el sistema también cahido nunca nos pudieron dar la tarjeta para habrír la habitación teníamos q estar buscando a alguien siempre para encontrar muy incómodo la verdad y se sentía un olor extraño en los pasillos parece por el agua no creo tenerlo en mente para mi próximo paseo en familia.

Night desk clerk was amazing and friendly. Morning desk clerk didn't acknowledge me either when I passed by his desk or when we passed each other walking outside the front doors. Night and day difference between customer service. Room was fine except for the loud whining noise made by the AC unit much of the night.

Was here as a groomsman for my buddy's wedding at the Club at the Strand just a 7 min drive from this hotel. Clean room, great breakfast amenities, helpful staff, plenty of parking and an enjoyable stay!

Other than the broken elevators, it is a nice place to stay. The elevators were being worked on immediately.

I was pleasantly surprised by the Hampton inn in Naples. The staff was very efficient and the rooms were clean. The bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was pretty. Good lots of different foods from muffins and yogurt to eggs and waffles. Parking was free and the lot was huge! For us it was conveniently located. The hotel’s ambiance really helped making a rather tense situation so much better. I would definitely stay again.

The Hampton Inn was an excellent hotel. The rate was extremely cost effective & we received an additional room rate discount for the particular timeframe we were there for. Everything was very clean, and the property was kept in excellent condition. There was plenty of parking space, and the beds were extremely comfortable, with lovely soft, high quality sheets. Our room rate also included a very good breakfast buffet. There were also some very nice amenities, like a gym with clean, good quality workout equipment, and an outdoor pool. The pool was a bit small, but it was well cleaned, and it had patio furniture, and outdoor tables around it with umbrellas as well. The pool furniture all seemed to be in good condition. The outdoor area was not too large, but again they make the effort to keep it well cleaned and the area well kept. In addition there was an outdoor grill if you would prefer to make some of your own meals & keep your food costs down. This hotel is safe, clean, has a great breakfast, and most importantly is very comfortable. This is a great option for families as it's not too expensive, provides a very clean, comfortable atmosphere & beds, and is safe & secure for any group staying there. The staff appear to be friendly & helpful. It's all you could want when you need to cool down & get some rest.

Todo estaba muy bueno. El personal súper amable y las habitaciones limpias asnigual que las sábanas y las toallas. Si tuviera que decir algo negativo es el tamaño de la piscina, bastante pequeña para el tamaño del hotel aunque muy limpia!!!
