Overall, my stay was pleasant. The hotel was very clean, and I really appreciated the cleanliness throughout the property. The pool was clean as well, but there were not enough towels available. The breakfast was average and could be improved with more variety. The staff was not very friendly or welcoming, which was a bit disappointing. Despite that, the hotel itself was comfortable and well maintained.

Always my go to hotel when I take the family to Marco Island. Marco is only a 20 minute drive from the hotel. This was my 3rd time staying there and as always super clean, pool was fantastic, love the breakfast. Great place to stay if you don’t want to break the bank by booking a hotel on Marco Island.

Found bed bugs on the mattress and another weird bug. I Went to their receptionist and she change us to another room and stated that the manager will call me in the morning and it never did. The breakfast area too small, not very clean and the omelette/eggs too cold. Not enough plates clean. The rugs specifically floor #4 very dirty. Is not what we were expecting according to the previous reviews. Is not a good place to stay for handicap or people allergic to dogs, they accommodate us at the very end even when I told my husband is handicap. First and last time we stay in that chain of hotel.

Everything went well for me and breakfast was great also.

All areas were very clean and the breakfast was very good and offered multiple options.

We specifically asked for housekeeping and they never showed up during our 3 night stay. Check-in was Friday, on Saturday evening I spoke face to face with Susan at front desk, I told her they never cleaned my room on Saturday, she gave me fresh towels and promised they would come on Sunday to clean the room. Came back on Sunday evening to find no housekeeping done. I went to the front desk to ask why they didn’t come, and the woman said “this is not my hotel”! I said I know this is not your hotel, but this is unacceptable. She gave me more fresh towels and no apology on behalf of the hotel. What kind of customer service is this? I’m very disappointed.

Was very nice for a short trip

We absolutely LOVED our stay! The pool was amazing and quiet, clean, well stocked rooms, a huge breakfast, and incredibly centrally located for adventures each day!

The room was clean, bright, and comfortable. The breakfast was more than enough, with a good variety of options. Overall, I was fully satisfied with my stay and would happily stay here again.
