AC went off in the middle of the night at 3am and took a long time to be moved to another room and still the AC not working. Called the hotel manager and left a voicemail and no call back.

the staff was great, however i had to switch rooms and waited 3 hours for the change due to.... roaches galore... they even were on my car.. i realize you can't keep them out, but you can hire pest control company, right? i complained twice and never saw any action that was quite disturbing and disappointing. the location was ok but not as expedia shows it is far from the beaches,

Llegamos el día 21 de junio sobre las 6 30 pm hacer el checking y nos tocó un señor súmante racista con muy mala actitud desde que nos vio que éramos latino le enseñé la confirmación de expedía y me dice que la reservación no aparecía en el hotel que llamara a expedía después de llamar atención al cliente y ellos me confirmaron que todo está bien regresemos a carpeta y nos le pusimos fuerte al señor y dice que le habíamos dado el nombre mal y tremenda mala actitud y mirada de odio por la otra parte el hotel está el buenas condiciones

Great place, everything looked clean and the room had a small kitchen with all the utensils needed for a quick meal. The pool was great, towels provided for the guests. Plenty of parking. The breakfast was good too, good options. Fresh cold water and coffee was to drink all day long. Will be back for sure.
