Comfort Inn & Suites Napoleon

Property is very clean and the staff are wonderful. The hotel is located kinda on the property of a truck stop.But that didn't bother me, because it didn't affect me at all.It was still very quiet.Still very clean and I would stay again if in the area

It’s a bit dated.

the entrance was clean and smelled nice. front desk was welcoming. there was hair in the bed upon arrival and also hair in the tub. I didn’t feel clean sleeping in the bed. Also the room smelled of smoke. Many channels did not work on tv.

I would enjoy staying here again. The bed was really comfortable and the staff resolved all my questions promptly.

My husband and I have stayed at the Comfort Inn for the last 5 years. The staff is always helpful and courteous.

My room was quiet, amenities were adequate, the staff was great, and I got some much needed rest for the last leg of my journey home.

It was close to my destination and had a pool. The bathroom didn’t have a vent in it. It is hard to get dressed in a room of steam. Even the wallpaper was falling off from the steam. Also, the door squeaked really bad when you opened it to go in the room.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. It was a great respite for our family.

Not bad. Mold in the bathroom. And water dripped in the shower all night.

Clean and quiet. I felt like the parking lot/outside the front of the hotel was well lit at night. There was never anyone at the front desk! Place was seriously outdated. Shower curtain looked like a lawn mower went over the entire top part. Not certain how it was still hanging on to the rod?

Our rooms bathroom was covered in mold, and the air vent was dusty and dirty. The room they moved us to was cleaner, but still had evidence of poor housekeeping and maintenance.

Comfortable, clean and reasonable cost.

Do not stay here!!! The toilet seat was broken, the shower water was very slow and the faucet was broken, and the hallways smelled of bad spicy food!!! When I checked in, I signed the “incidentals” pad that stated that two pets were allowed. Hours After I checked in and my family fell asleep, the front desk staff kept calling me to charge me an extra $50 for my dog!!! No more!!! This place isn’t worth a nickel! The phone calls were very threatening and degrading! Fearing what was next after being harassed so late at night, I immediately grabbed my precious little dog emotional support animal and my daughter and left.., We felt much safer sleeping in our car than this awful place! and then they refused to return my money through hotels .com after they told me to cancel the room! Now I have to deal with credit card company. Terrible place. Don’t waste your time or money.
