Location is great. Room was a little muggy but it’s an older historic hotel so we expected it.

The hotel is beautiful but the service was not so good and it was not the fault of the staff. Many items in the restaurant were unavailable and I couldn’t even get a beer! Other than that I would probably give them another chance.

Great stay. Very close to the attractions friendly staff.

After check in we went to the car to get our bags to find the front desk staff lounging on the lobby couches. We reported the condition of our room to the front desk staff who promised that nobody else has ever complained about the conditions of the hotel. I don't believe it for a second. Don't stay on room 212. We paid $166/ night for this room.

This historical hotel, Natural Bridge Hotel, was so nice! The rooms were big. Bed was comfortable and the room was nice, clean,and quiet. Hotel is only 5 to 10 minutes from the interstate and from a winery/brewery. The view from our window was beautiful of the mountains. We ate at the restaurant/bar for our dinner. The food was great. The breakfast the next morning was very nice. We will definitely stay here again.

Would stay there again. Staff was great. Rooms clean. Just walk across the street to the Natural Bridge.

Rooms were clean, staff and restaurants were excellent. Had to pay for breakfast but not expensive and delicious.

Historic hotel that offers charm but is need of some updates. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was extremely friendly. The common areas are definitely showing their age and it's a shame an investment hasn't been made in returning this hotel to its grander days. But the room rate was very good--especially when hotels a few miles up the road in Lexington were asking $200 or more per night.

The only issues were the AC’s smell like it may need a new filter and the tv was hard to figure out and ultimately I couldn’t watch tv. Other than that I really liked the hotel and will definitely stay there again.

Nice property. Good location. Pretty clean and comfortable

May daughter and I stayed here for a night as we were traveling. The room was adequate, nothing fancy, but it had working AC and a mini fridge. The standout for the lication was the staff (super helpful, able to answer questions, etc.) and the location (walk to the state park? Sign me up!). Breakfast was fine, though it seemed a little pricey for an average buffet with no a la carte menu). Overall a good stat though!

Clean room. Stressed staff.

Enjoyed our stay, will stay again in the future.
