I'm sorry I thought I was booking a hotel in lake Havasu..... I'm pretty sure you know what you are doing .....I want a refund........ never checked in , thank you in advance

The rooms were not cold. The microwave didn’t work properly, and the power went out in the room

Room was clean the staff was nice and welcoming I didn’t have my pet with me today but next time I will bring him and I know he will be take good care thank you and we will come again

I was very surprised! The place was clean and everything worked. USB ports plugs, even though lighted mirror. On top of that, I accidentally left some drugs in the refrigerator and when I called like hours later, they made a point to save it! Trust me almost no hotel staff does that! Exceptional service

Great value for the money! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We had a pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again.

Bed sheets look like they were slept on prior to our check in, floors were dirty and not mopped very well. But it was a place to sleep and shower while we were at the river during the day's we were there.

Right off freeway...ac worked...nice pool Food from previous guests in fridge... musty smell...yellow stained sheets....rusty bathroom fixtures....

The convenient location. I did not like the fact that the shower faucet was extremely difficult to turn on. Very little hot water, unable to adjust. The temperature floors were lifted and falling apart very very worn out.
