We got into the Neosho area very late and had difficulty finding the hotel because the sign is not very big and it is not very well lit. It was difficult to find a way into the parking lot. Also, the king size bed was very comfortable but it was very high from the floor and was difficult to get onto. Because I am short, I had to use a stool to climb up to it. Just some minor things.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The fresh cookies at the front desk were delicious. The included breakfast was complete with sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy and fresh fruits. We were here for a karate tournament and they had an extra room to accommodate everyone at breakfast. Would stay here again.

Terrible stay. Breakfast was 6-10, but would put no more food at when arrived at 9:30. 80% of food was gone and we had 8 in our party. She was told to put no more food out for us. Also, we were unable to obtain a receipt after one was offered to us. Tornado sirens went off in middle of the night. Our guest rooms were called, but not my husband and I’s. Do not stay here. Waste of money. Our rooms smelled so musty!

Check-in and check-out were efficient and friendly. The room was very clean and well-appointed. Breakfast was better than at most hotels, and the care in preparing the hot foods was obvious.

It was clean. Simple in and simple out. Laid back. We thought the jacuzzi tub was in the room, turns out they are ALL just jets in the regular tub. Not as romantic but we made due.
