Lovely staff. Breakfast was wonderful. Very clean.

The breakfast was NOT hot! Cold coffee. The eges were cold and the bacon paper thin. The hot water was never hot enough to brew hot tea. Our room was serviced only one day out of our 6 day stay. The pillows had a strange smell.

Very clean, staff was friendly but I felt it was very over priced. There was nothing spectacular that would warrant the high cost of the rooms. No restaurant, no bar, no hot tub or sauna.

I like the area and the quietness. Also the front desk people were very nice and friendly. The reason I didn’t like this hotel no body clean the room. I stayed three nights without cleaning I left the room. I told the front desk, but she didn’t give me reasonable answers. Without cleaning the room, the room had bud smells.

The whole experience was excellent,,,all the comforts of home,,,everybody was very friendly and accommodating,,,the room was exceptionally clean and the tv was relatively easy to navigate,,,if we ever need a hotel room in New Albany again the Hampton Inn is where we'll stay,,, I can't think of any bad things about our stay,,,it was all good,,,
