Very clean

Very disappointing stay. Check-in was frustrating from the start. I rang the bell and could see an employee looking at me but she didn't acknowledge me. After waiting, I rang again. She finally came over but directed me to a TV screen where a remote agent checked me in while she helped a couple who arrived after me. I had to scan my own ID, credit card, and activate my own room key. There was also an unexpected $50 deposit. When I got to my room, there were no towels, no extra toilet paper, dust on the bathroom shelves, and a strong musty smell. I had to call for basic supplies. I also ordered 15 wings from the BBQ restaurant downstairs for $28, and they were some of the worst wings I've had. The next day I left around 10 a.m. and returned close to 11 p.m. My room had not been cleaned, the bed wasn't made, and I had no fresh towels. The front desk said housekeeping was running late and would come the next day—even though I was checking out. I was told to go to the front desk to pick up towels myself. Poor customer service, poor housekeeping, and an overall disappointing experience. I will not stay here again.

It looks brand new hotel. It is clean and looks really good. Also, there are more things to do near the hotel such as water park and amusement park in across from the street. Breakfast was not provided and we have 6 in our family and used sofa bed but they didn't have a extra blanket and bed sheets. Also, they didn't have extra towels when I asked them for it.

Classic small-town feel where the front desk clerk also seemed to be running the restaurant and somehow made it all work!

However, the bar area in the lobby was exceptionally hot. Our room was also very warm… we had just spent the day at the local waterpark, in the sun all day and when we went to our room in was so hot. The air was set on 78, we bumped it down and it finally cooled down around 2 am. The card/card reader for the room was temperamental and would only open if you quickly opened the room while keeping the card on the reader. The handheld shower head didn’t work, there was no ice bucket and the drinking glasses in the little kitchenette were dirty and full of dust. I think with some adjustments, this would be a fantastic hotel, however I wasn’t totally pleased this go-round.

The lobby looked nice. The initial room I was checked into was dirty when my husband and I came in. The bedding was messed up and there were crumbs on the table with the telephone. I went to the front desk and told them about it and they came and checked the room and changed us to a room two doors down. This morning my husband and I got up to shower after a long night of travel. The bathroom was dirty too. There were “clean” towels in there for us to use.. with what looks like poop on the towels. We got dressed and went downstairs to let the management know and she said there was nothing she could do. And just checked us out. Like it was nothing. Everything you see is EXACTLY how it was when we walked into the rooms. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!! 0/10 stars

Loved the hotel & check in was pretty quick. The power did go out while there but the staff was informative & provided complimentary breakfast the next morning

Sofa bed was a little rough and lacking, but other than that everything else was perfect.

We liked the location which was close to the ballpark where our granddaughter was playing in a tournament. Also, it was close to shopping and restaurants. Our granddaughter enjoyed the game room which had air hockey and a pool table. The room was large and shower had several shower heads. I wish it had a pool. Some electric outlets in the room weren’t working. No free breakfast is provided but there is a small cafe inside that sells food.

Staff was super friendly and helpful

Checking in was very inconvenient. Everything was done via video. I had to scan my identification and prepare my key card. Room was humid and hot once we got into our room. I know it was only for one night but never again will I stay here.

Clean rooms and excellent AC unit. Curtains blacked out the sun well. No issues with check in. Easy and hassle free

The remote turned the TV on but did not operate the TV functions. The telephone was also not working.
