I arrived there and discovered I had booked the wrong date. The desk clerk worked with me and I was able the get rooms that night st a good. She had excellent cUstomer service skills.

Front desk was very friendly. Room was clean, and bed was comfortable. Good value for the price. Breakfast was a little sparse, but okay for what I needed. Coffee and oatmeal or waffle.

I had a small issue but it was resolved by the staff. My room was clean, for the most part. There was just alot of old furniture in my room. For example, the chair in my room was ripped and it was a real eye sore. I feel like once things are ripped and stained it should be thrown away or fixed. But they just leave and reuse the old furniture instead of replacing it.

Staff was incredibly attentive and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of FREE parking.

Exceptional

The room had an odor . The rooms smoke detector was removed. Very poor breakfast options.

No gym

Clean and easy access to where we needed to be No gym

Where it was located. Close to a lot. The cleanliness was poor, the free breakfast was horrible. The staff was ok, but one guy kept asking about when & what time we were planning on checking out when it clearly stated check out was at 11am.

The property was fine, the room was clean and easy to navigate with my husband’s wheelchair. We had no issues in the breakfast was good. I don’t recall any problems at all at this property. Everything was as it should be.

Hotel was outdated very low budget

Staff was nice, room was clean, only issue was tv was to small and need better lighting. Breakfast only had frozen waffles juice and coffee.

Breakfast is a joke. Frozen waffles coffee and orange juice. Room was ok but need to upgrade tv and lights.
