Disappointing
-
The room was very clean and updated the outside could’ve used some work, but the staff is very friendly and very nice and very safe

The facility was lovely, clean and met all of our needs The front desk seemed impatient or rude.

Easy access The AC Unit was off when we checked in. The room was insanely hot and too a few hours of the AC on full blast to get it to a comfortable temperature. The sound of the AC unit was very loud. Free breakfast was an easy pass after seeing a few pastries and packets of oatmeal.

While the hotel is older it was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable with beautiful Linens and pillows. The bathroom was spotless. Both at check-in and departure the staff was very friendly and accommodating. As I mentioned some of the things in the hotel look a little dated like the rugs but they all appeared to me to be cleaned and my room was freshly painted with clean new curtains and beautiful bed so that's all you really need right

Todo muy bien

Front desk was very friendly. Room was clean, and bed was comfortable. Good value for the price. Breakfast was a little sparse, but okay for what I needed. Coffee and oatmeal or waffle.

I had a small issue but it was resolved by the staff. My room was clean, for the most part. There was just alot of old furniture in my room. For example, the chair in my room was ripped and it was a real eye sore. I feel like once things are ripped and stained it should be thrown away or fixed. But they just leave and reuse the old furniture instead of replacing it.
