Super 8 by Wyndham New Castle

The property was fine, the room was clean and easy to navigate with my husband’s wheelchair. We had no issues in the breakfast was good. I don’t recall any problems at all at this property. Everything was as it should be.

Hotel was outdated very low budget

Staff was nice, room was clean, only issue was tv was to small and need better lighting. Breakfast only had frozen waffles juice and coffee.

Breakfast is a joke. Frozen waffles coffee and orange juice. Room was ok but need to upgrade tv and lights.

The road noise was really excessive. Also, at odd intervals there would be a very loud band similar to the sound of a dumpster being slammed closed. However, we never saw any dumpster, and the sound appeared to come from inside the building. Elevator? Don't know. Finally, could one of three pillows have been a lower density? They were all extremely hard. We actually considered checking out at 1:30 am/

Excelente servicio by personal The light wouldn't turn on and the air conditioning wasn't cooling properly; there was a lot of noise from other guests at night.

The best thing about this hotel is its direct access to New Jersey and safety in under 10 minutes! The front desk is encased in bullet proof glass, not a great first impression. The neighborhood is dicey at best and the limiting breakfast forced me to Dunkin down the street.

Many homeless people behind the building- door didn’t lock properly.

They accomadated me when I ended up with one to many people for the room limit so I didn't have to try and find a last minute hotel during NASCAR race weekend saved me a big headache

The whole hotel and the rooms smelled bad. Breakfast is too simple.

BREAKFAST - ADEQUATE

The pillows were rock hard. The bed was pretty uncomfortable. The sheets were stained but they claimed they were "clean" the desk was dirty there were bugs in the elevator there were bugs in the hotel the outlets come out just from taking your charger back out. Bugs wound up in the room. Staff wasn't pleasant when confronted on the sheets. They took a hundred dollar hold on my card and haven't gotten it back and it's been 3 days

Clean room with comfortable bed and friendly staff. Breakfast is VERY basic, coffee and granola bars but okay. Would stay again.

Comfortable, looks nice. Beds Comfortable. The AC was super loud and the room was very warm. "Breakfast" was coffee, instant oatmeal, toaster waffles and granola bars. We don't think that was a nice Breakfast.
