The outside looks like an abandoned building, the windows are all covered over and the lighting is low. The front desk is down a long hallway and there is very loud music coming from the bar. I felt very unsafe from the moment I entered the parking lot and saw the outside of the building.

Parking lot where I was suggested to park was dirty. As 2nd is under renovation that might be the reason for parking being dirty. Room missing basic amenities like coffee maker as advertised, no working exhaust in the bathroom. Breakfast: ….. minimal options with no one to guide or help the customers. It was not worth the price…

We stayed for two nights while visiting family. We stayed there before under a different name and some of the reviews were pretty good but I was disappointed that not much had changed. The parking lot was still a mess. Probably won’t stay there again.

We had our 14year old Maltese with us and we booked months in advance. We got checked in brought our luggage in then they saw our dog with us and said that the dog couldn't stay that they do not accept pets at all! Well that was fine and dandy but it was 11pm when we finally got checked in due to several flight delays- finding a new hotel at 11:00 at night wasn't ideal, this is information that needs to be displayed when booking

Location I don't like that they were not able to accommodate me for an accessible room and I called ahead to make sure they were available. I didn't stay.

Nice room. Very friendly staff
-
Bar and grill inside the hotel and tractor trailer parking too.

Need senior grab bars in bathrooms, nothing to hold onto in shower, the spicket was very loose and was almost out of wall, no coffee maker in rooms, stale odor in hallway

Quiet Clean excellent parking

Do not recommend at all. Definitely not up to Ramada standards. Was supposed to have a continental breakfast, was none. Ants in bathroom of room we were moved to because of a water leak in bathroom ceiling. No cable so no local channels for news. Only able to watch Vizio free tv unless you have subscriptions to things like Netflix and more.

The coffee was very good. The choices on the TV were terrible. I was in the Pittsburgh area but I could not watch news or weather from Pittsburgh. I could watch local news from NYC, Boston, and LA; I could not watch national news or Fox stations except Fox Now which is not my favorite. There were hundreds of available movies. The room had been remodeled recently and was very clean and well furnished. Some touch up painting needs to be done. The price was VERY economical and the hotel's location was just a 45 minute trip to the Pittsburgh airport. I would certainly stay there again.

Convenience to the location i needed to be No working lights on outside, no coffee pot in room ,ice machines were broken ,wifi was not working, beds were comfortable but had to sleep with our heads at the foot of the bed due to unlevel room .

The renovations, though very superficial, made it look a lot nicer than it did as the Quality Inn. The staff was not hospitable whatsoever. The in-room telephoned did not work and I had to change rooms due to a chirping smoke detector and neither room had a working telephone. There was no coffee maker in the room. The continental breakfast was a joke, example; they put out cream cheese but there weren’t any bagels. There was no yogurt or fresh fruit, the muffins (there were 4 muffins out and I went right at 6am when it starts) weren’t wrapped they were just out and with no tongs to get them. And I received about three emails this morning saying for me to do the express checkout and then they were questioning what time I was checking out so I said 11 o’clock and at 10:20 there was a knock at my door and it was one of the housekeeper checking to see if I had checked out yet which is absolutely unacceptable. I said I was gonna be. I followed their directions and said I was gonna check at 11 o’clock and it was 1020 when she knocked on my door pathetic I will never stay here ever again

The building on the outside was falling apart. The entrance pull up over hang literally fell apart while we were there. There was garbage all over the parking lot. All the entrances beside the main entrance had garbage and building materials inside. The smell was terrible in the hallways. You weren't allowed to use the back entrance because the second floor is all employee living. The ac units all have hoses running outside. No pool or breakfast like advertised.
-
Power went out , wifi , ac didn't work and the ice machine was down.

I got to the property very run down clutter all over the outside . Roof falling off out front . There was no one at the desk to check me in when I arrived around 11:30 pm . I walked out and never even stayed because there was nobody to check me in. Expedia needs to do a better job at monitoring the buildings they promote for people to stay in. A waste of money .
