Staff was great. Wouldn't stay again due to overall cleanliness, or lack there of.

It was a great hotel and it had a bar on-site. The employees were really nice and helpful. Our room was great and the ac worked amazing. The only issue we had was the awful toilet paper that was so thin and rough you could read thru it. Would definitely stay here again and just bring our own tp lol.

The stay was okay. The place is being renovated, so there is construction going on. The continental breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. There are very few choices, the bread and bagels are out, uncovered and the little bites were out of date. We only slept there one night, so it was tolerable.

We did not check in until after 9pm so our stay was limited, be sure to check the sheets to assure they were changed/clean did not notice until around 1am that they appeared to be dirty, the tv was difficult to operate could not find cable. Overall the room was in good condition, we would stay again if in the area

The only complaint I had was the breakfast was awful there wasn’t any coffee the orange juice tasted like water and the area was messy

I like the hotel was close to the event we attended. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. The staff was very courteous also.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. The air conditioning was not working properly so the room was hot. Noise vibration was in the wall of the room. Staff was notified and did nothing about it. I don’t recommend anyone stay here.

For the price this stay was ok. The pile of trash over flowing outside the entrance to our hallway was not the best site. We stayed one day while traveling and for the rate it was OK.

Absolutely nothing worked. No wifi. No TV.

The only thing nice I can say is that the bed was comfortable. We checked into our room about 8 o'clock at night. The room had no hand soap, no shampoo, no cups, no ice pocket, no coffee maker. And when asked the staff, if we could have some ice buckets in a cup, they told us that they did not have any within an hour and a 1/2 of being in our room, my internet shut off and the TV would not work at all, and I could not stream anything from the television services that were offered in. When we contacted the front desk, we were told there was nothing that could be done.We checked out about 5 AM.Just so we could get some sleep for the night and was told that there was nothing they could do not even a partial refund or anything for the room.I would not ever recommend this hotel to anyone

This specific hotel is under remodel/new ownership. There was no water at the sinks in the lobby restroom and no hand sanitizer either. The bedroom had low water pressure at the cold water tap and the tub drained slowly. The drain was clogged with calcium build up. The website advertised that it had an elevator, no elevator. The sight also said it was pet friendly, it is not. The beds, ac, and tv were good. We didn't use the refrigerator or microwave.
