Nice experience and helpful staff.

Convenient to our hospital. The hot water is a blessing but very very hot. Can burn.

Property was right next to the hospital and convenient for us. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. We could rest and be near our loved one in the hospital.

The pool and hot tub were AWESOME. The atrium garden was beautiful It was all very clean. It was strange being connected to the hospital, but it turned out to be pretty Cool. Free parking in their secure parking deck was nice. Pj's coffee and the Bistro were great for breakfast. The AC was weak. We sweat at night despite setting it to 60⁰ F. It just didn't work well. The latch lock most hotel rooms have as extra security was missing from our door (you could see the screw holes where it used to be). Only 1 functioning elevator our entire stay so we often had to wait a while for the elevator.

The Brent house was very nice. It has free parking, which for New Orleans is almost rare. Debbie at the front desk was super sweet and she even encouraged my wife to try an Alaskan cruise. The pool was great and they have blackout blinds in the room we stayed in

If you want a clean and quiet stay this is a great place. Its clean, quiet and has secure garage parking for free. We have stayed 7 ouit of the 8 trips we have made to NOLA over the last 2 years because our daughter attends XULA and we are bringing her back and forth. We dont need anything fancy, its economical and only 10 minutes from campus. highly recommend.

Great place to stay! Stayed one night.

Room service helped themselves into my room at 8am assuming we had already checked out. No knock first. Each room is wired up with an intercom speaker. They tested the fire alarm 30 minutes later. On a Saturday morning no less. Ridiculous. No blow dryer

The bed! We were charged $250 after we checked out. We have no idea why they charged us. A cleaning lady told us that they charged us because of smoke smell, we don’t smoke and it smelled like that when we arrived.
