It was beautiful in the foyer I had to change rooms because the air wasn’t working properly! Then we moved, that room shower handle fell off when we turned it and it started to flood the room! They did come fix it BUT THE ENTIRE BUILDING WAS WITHOUT HOT WATER FOR A COUPLE HOURS!!!! It’s an extremely long walk to the door of the entrance from garage!

Satisfactory room, just older and sterile.

I didn’t know that breakfast was served. Was this a complimentary breakfast or at the Bistro Sub? My daughter and I arrived on a Sunday night. Therefore, we went to get food from the Bistro, and it wasn’t that good to either one of us. I would like to know where we could get breakfast next time. I have to be back in six months.

Convenience The bed was not comfortable, perhaps because it was handicapped.

OK Shower water was cold and it never got hot and that was a disappointment.

Super friendly and helpful folks at checkin. It’s connected to the hospital so clean and great people everywhere you turn.

Was very convenient we had an appointment at the hospital it was very clean it was very comfortable and we were able to get in and out of the garage very easily The stopper in the bathtub would not work so you could not take a bath and after the long trip down there I really wanted to just soak. After checkout I realized that I had left a pair of AI earbuds in the room and when I went back the staff of the hotel was very very helpful in trying to help me find them however I do believe that the housekeeping staff did not turn them in as they should have, again it was my fault for leaving them but somebody took them out of that room and did not turn them in.

The hotel was very nice. The staff were friendly. There's no continental breakfast but the food options in-house & nearby were great. The facility as a whole was exceptionally clean (lobby, atrium, rooms, pool area, fitness center, laundry area, etc) and I would definitely stay again and again. The photo wall/backdrop between the lobby & atrium is a plus.

Everything Wish frequent customers could get a special medical discount

Everything When having to stay so long for medical appointments, (so often) I wish the nightly rate could be cheaper.

I liked the convenience of being right at the hospital being that my dad was having a procedure.. Having restaurants and a Smoothie King in the facility was another plus.. The rooms were nice, and the bed and pillows were comfortable..

The hotel was very clean and so convenient for visitors.
