Great place, lovely owners.

The Rose Manor was beautiful, charming and had a wonderful ambiance with the decor and settings. We absolutely loved it. Peter and his wife were wonderful and we shared morning conversations at breakfast which btw was great selections offered and stories with Peter as he gave us some great suggestions of things to do and places to go and see. A perfect host, you couldn't ask for better. We highly recommend them and their very special place to stay, The Rose Manor. Thank you, Ralph and Dee

Wonderful hosts. Beautiful, elegant rooms with frig and microwave. Great continental breakfast. Located in quiet, safe area about half mile from Lake Pontchartrain. Close to excellent restaurants.

Probably the best place we stayed in Louisiana. We stayed there for 2 nights. The house looks like a family home. Huge bedroom with nice furniture, big bathroom. No coffee in the bedroom but you can get coffee / tea from the dining room anytime of the day. Breakfast is a small buffet. Hosts are great. Interesting people. The place was extremely quiet and we slept very well. Parking is easy and free. French Quarter can be reached easily by car. We parked by the visitor center at Basin street Station. Parking was easy and inexpensive (USD 11 for 12 hours), and 5 mn walked away from Bourbon Street. It was a great choice to stay at. We recommend the place Everything was perfect

Lovely quiet location but with restaurants and shops within walking distance. Free parking. Lovely veranda to sit out in the evening for a drink. Peter was an excellent and knowledgeable host. Would have preferred cotton sheets.

The hosts are amazing at what they do! Such a pretty B&B in a very interesting part of NOLA. Spotless clean. Nice dining area where I met some super nice other Travellers. The location is close to the City Park/Jazzfest. A few very good restaurants within walking distance of Rose Manor. The Honeysuckle and other flowers made the place smell heavenly! I will definitely make this my landing spot for future trips to New Orleans! Thank you for being such great hosts!! Nothing.
