WeStay Suites - Belle Chasse

Room was not clean once I stayed there in room 104 for four days when I asked the front desk she said rooms only get cleaned once every 3 to 4 days. I reported the water in the shower would not regulate from hot to cold it was like full hot until at least for 20 minutes I reported it twice one person did like they wrote a note the second person did not write anything just said vetbaly I will let the owner know I could not go anywhere else it would be to far from where I wanted to fish ovet all very poor ans shamefull all around terrible responses and nothing done.

Breakfast was available way early compared to other hotels. The staff, arrived very late around 1;30 am and they were not very helpful with check in, hotel had already been confirmed and booked online and they were giving me a hard time, I was tired and sleepy and needed to be up and gone by 5 am.

No breakfast/smell like mildew

The picture was looking good but actual was not. Inside the Hotel was smelling awful and the room as well. They didn’t make my room at all. Went down the receptionist and she said the person who cleans the room was not showing up to work. Asked for the towels and they said you have to bring down the old towel in order get the new ones. It was terrible how the hotel ran the business as far as managing their staff. Not recommended for other to stay here unless have no other choices.

Just far from restaurants

The property was quiet and safe feeling.

Bugs were in my room. Felt uncomfortable for 5 nights

It was inna safe area There was no computers and I was not able to complete work

The staff were friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with throughout my stay. Check‑in was smooth, and everyone I interacted with was professional and welcoming.

Was perfect for me

Staff was incredible friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Rooms are pet friendly and they do have a dander smell and there were some stains in carpet. Beds were comfy. Rooms needed a little update. Advertised to have free breakfast but its onky M-F one sign saif 4am-6am. If you have kids may need to find alternative like we did for traveling on a weekend. We recommed lil lees it was delicious and afforadable.

No near restaurant, no thing to do

the outside was clean, the staff was nice, and the area is peaceful. Our room wasn’t the cleanest but it was ok.

We had the fire alarm go off 3 times in the night for no reason. Hotel quality is dated and worn out. Missed matched flooring carpeting still seen under furniture. Ceilings peeling, paint peeling, no bathroom fans which causes the rooms to get wet. Visible rust on all metal services. No amenities, low quality breakfast ( bag of food).

I like that it was out of the middle of town Called multiple times about a deposit told many times no deposit and told other people staying in hotel the same. Showed up and told there was a $250 deposit which was more than my stay alone which is absolutely ridiculous never once have I stayed at a hotel that my deposit was $250 that’s ridiculous. Don’t tell people they don’t have any fees when they arrive and then be like we have to charge you $250.

Edith Lafrance and D’juana were just amazing and well done job

Well to start didn’t know it was a fee to use Expedia of $200 hundred dollars, hotel wasn’t within 25 miles of downtown like stated and staff didn’t clean room at all had to ask for towels daily and carpet in room was stained, want use you guy’s again nor stay at we stay again

I always have a great experience.
