Tv didn’t work in one room moved and then the ice maker upstairs wouldn’t work. Ac started to be funny.

Sooooooo gross, loud and dilapidated A/C units, homeless walking about, so many people smoking right in the your face.

Room was clean except of the bathroom could have been cleaner. Asked for pool towels one day, did not have any whatsoever. So used my own. Pool was nice, warm.

Very clean hotel with a good staff. It was a comfortable place to visit.

Conveniently located. Right off a main thoroughfare, close to restaurant's and entertainment.

The pool. Pool is locked down at 9pm. My entire stay I didn’t get back to room till 9pm. Room was not the cleanest. Bed covers were stained from ceiling leaks. Parking lot right outside my room was very noisy all night every night. People living out of cars and drinking being noisy all night.

Absolutely nothing I left Absolutely nothing I left the second shift the guy on second shift had the nerve to tell me I wouldn’t stay anywhere in New Port Richey. Yet had a problem when I complained about the nasty sheets oil all over the night stand bugs in room my first room they moved me out on my evening arrival do to the ac broke

This hotel delivered a 4 star experience for a 2 star price. I am very thankful to the front desk crew and cleaning crew for their attention to detail. I was traveling with a handicapped person and want them to know how appreciative we are for such a wonderful experience. We will be back!

The karaoke at the bar restaurant was the hit of the weekend. And the awesome pool

Hosts were kind and helpful The bathrooms were not to standard. The shower head was coming out of the wall.

I didn’t have time to eat breakfast but I am sure to take advantage when I use the facility again. Being on such short notice I was very pleased the services was excellent Nothing everything was excellent

The location was good. The room was clean and the restaurant was good too. It was quiet. Ice machines upstairs weren’t working and last November when I was there they weren’t working either. Also, many of the room air conditioners, including my room, were leaking out into the hallway.

The bedding was VISIBLY not changed from whoever stayed prior (hair, stains, what looked like bodily fluid). A dead roach on the floor. Floors were dirty and sticky so we kept our shoes on the entire stay. Hairs all over the bathroom floor. Bathroom sink didnt drain. Looks like there was an attempt to renovate the place recently but the tub was so disgusting we decided to forgo a shower. We only needed one night thankfully because our AC was broken and went in hopes to get some releif from the heat but ended up wishing we stayed in the house. Front desk was nice but couldn't get anyone to come to our table in the restaurant inside the lobby and ended up leaving. If it wasnt 90 degrees in my house we would have gone home. Ended up having to sleep without bedding and put down our own blankets since the existing bedding was so gross. I mean VISIBLY USED.. gagging just thinking about it.

The staff was incredibly helpful, even given me and another patron water, which was really cool of them. The price is more than reasonable for the room. It’s right there on the main drag of 19 and you’re around everything you’re gonna need.. from a Cracker Barrel to a CVS..
