The pool was under maintenance, but that’s the same as it was three weeks ago,
-
Property is showing its age, not much in the way of breakfast offerings, limited close by dining options.
-
Beds were uncomfortable and carpet dirty

I'm not well traveled but probably stay in 25-30 hotel room each year and there is a first for everything. This was my first experience with bed bugs!

Had to go next door to check in. No employee at front desk for the 2 days we were there. Pool closed. No continental breakfast on 1 day. Room was clean & air conditioning worked

Originally called a week ahead and asked to book 2 room next to each other. They told me that that was impossible to do and that I had to pay for two rooms and then come in and get my room number and that they are random. Simon show up they have no existence of 2 reservations and just had one.The guy looked like he was barely 18 and training a both kid who was sitting in a car with his back up against the wall.I ended up wait and in the phone for an hour and a half after calling hotels.com and then having hotels.com call them and say the error was on the hotels end… as a result at 11 pm finally got into room and it was filthy.Disappear all over the ground, beds not made, hair every where, poop in the toilet, trash.Went told hotel lady and she said that their cleaning staff are lazy and don’t like to clean.Still had to pay for the room. And they moved me rooms. The pool doesn’t work and there’s nothing at the front desk or in line informing you that is not available.Food is absolutely terrible liquid eggs and very wet Sausage very minimal effort. They constantly put signs in the entrance saying they aren’t there and are ATV the hotel next door. People from next door will wall to our hotel and eat out breakfast and us oil field workers will have to wait or not have food at all.Watched the guy training answer the phone and tell a coustomer he’s training doesn’t know what to do and hung up.Then he just sat and watched the phone ring. There is nothing professional about this place!!!

Convenient area, room was clean I did not realize until I forgot my keycard on the second day that the room door did NOT CLOSE SECURELY. After giving the door a hard shove to close, I discovered the door was Never securely closed. No coffee maker for my coffee pods

They don't have employees working there. You have to go next door to get checked in or buy snacks. Nobody answers calls. We called 10 times in 2 hours trying to find out latest check in time since website says no after hours check-in. The 2 young men at the counter at check in seemed to be brand new and not know how to do things. The pool is "down for maintenance." At check out, we accidentally locked our cards in the room and had to walk next door to let the desk know. She was busy flirting with 2 men at the desk and got an attitude because she had to walk over to make me new cards at my hotel. I apologized multiple times and thanked her. Once the card was made, she tossed it on the counter and just walked away, not a word was said. I have a $50 charge that wasn't told I was being charged, hopefully that was a temporary hold for "incidental," but wasn't explained that would happen and got no answer when I asked about it.

Overall stay was good. Only problem was there was no front desk clerk so I had to go over to the other hotel and check in. Was ok because the desk clerk there was nice and helpful.

The room wasn't but continental breakfast food ran out of supplies, hardly any choice to choose from. The night before we were starving because of the casino was short handed and restaurantes were close, or very long wait time to just order. So we go back to hotel restaurante and they stopped serving food at 9pm when they are opened to 11pm and stopped serving alcohol at 9:45pm. Was very disappointed and starving. Thank goodness I brought my own snacks for our room, because Im a diabetic.
