Sleep Inn Newberry - Crane

Very nice motel, very clean, staff very helpful. Took an extremely long time for hot water to reach shower, window was not clear and blocked view to outside, ice maker not working on 4th floor.

The excellent staff were helpful & knowledgeable. I enjoyed interacting with them very much!

Staff was helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good. Coffee was available all day.

When I booked the hotel it says that it has a pool and hot tub. I chose this location for my kids to have fun and swim. When we arrived there was no hot tub and a quarter of the pools ceiling was falling down. It was open but not at all safe to let the kids swim. The kids and I were very disappointed.

Room was not the cleanest. The shower did not have hot water, I had to take a 5 minute lukewarm shower.

It seemed like my room was not cleaned properly as there were hairs in the sink, on some pillows, and the blanket from the previous guest.
