The furniture in the room was old and had a bad smell

The staff was wonderful. They had an excellent breakfast and coffee bar. It was quiet and clean. I would not to hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends.

We have stayed here several times. Very helpful staff. Nice breakfast and the rooms are always clean and well maintained. We now need wheelchair access. Staff were always ready to help me lift my husband’s chair in and out of my car. That makes the trip so much easier for me!

I liked the pool area and they had clean towels to use when we got out of the pool. The rooms were very quiet and the breakfast was good. We will stay here again.

Came home for a visit. I’be been there, but have never stayed. It was very nice.

Pool was nice and showers were excellent Breakfast was awful and not many choices. Bathroom was not the cleanest. Beds were uncomfortable and blankets were thin and scratchy. Location awful middle of nothing.

Room was relatively clean, staff were friendly, good coffee/tea station 24/7. Good parking in front of building, quiet- did not have breakfast.

Staff was Very Nice when We got to Motel Checking Process and Buffet Breakfast next morning was Great. Carpets in hallways need shampooed had stains on them.like Someone spilled coffee or pop on them.

Loved the close proximity to the Fiestaware factory. Nice well kept hotel with friendly staff. The rooms were very damp from the a/c. The halls and common rooms were fine.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good every day. The room was clean. I have stayed at this hotel, three different times while visiting my grandchildren in East Liverpool Ohio, and two out of the three times the pool has been closed for repairs which was very disappointing to my grandchildren. This last time that I stayed, the toilet did not flush correctly and the refrigerator in my room was leaking water

The property really needs to address the ice machine issue. Only first floor has an ice machine. It being summer, travelers are emptying them with large coolers leaving little to none for guests to use in their rooms. I think coolers should be limited to smaller personal size. Not ginormous! Also, the coffee is not as good as it once was. It’s rather bitter. This is the coffee in the common area. We don’t drink the pods in the room. Staff is great. Breakfast is great. Location was great. We will be visiting again. Hopefully we will have plenty of ice. Finding you have a better brand of coffee will be awesome too!
