Everything was good until i seen the towels they provided had a bunch of someone else’s hair in it

At the time of our stay, only one elevator was working, so we chose to take the stairs most of the time, which was manageable. However, much of the building had a strong smell of weed, especially in the hallways and main areas. Our room only had a faint smell, but it was much more noticeable throughout the rest of the hotel. Unfortunately, we did not get much sleep, even though the beds themselves were comfortable. A little after midnight, there were adults arguing somewhere down the hall, and it was loud enough to hear clearly from our room. Later, around 3:00 a.m., teenagers were running up and down the hallway screaming. After being woken up multiple times between 11:00 p.m. and 3:00 a.m., I eventually went into the hallway and told them to return to their room. There was also someone above us stomping loudly throughout the evening. On its own, that may not have been a major issue, but combined with everything else, it added to the frustration. The juice machine and water fountain were also broken during our stay. However, the front desk did provide complimentary bottled water, which we were very grateful for. The staff we interacted with were friendly and pleasant, but unfortunately, the posted noise ordinance on each floor did not seem to be enforced. The service was not great. We stayed the night for a nearby show and were told it would be a few hours before our room was ready. It was after 6pm and check-in was at 3! Others were waiting as well. I said we have to leave for a show and we need to put our stuff away. I was told I can leave it at the front desk. I voiced that this was unacceptable and they did find me a room right away. Then our key wouldn’t work so I had to go back down to correct that. The next morning we went down to breakfast at about 9, and there was basically nothing left. I understand that’s pretty late, but it is summer and people are on vacation. They should have enough food for the amount of guests staying. We also saw another couple having an issue with their room the next morning at checkout. So overall, the room was pretty nice, but the service and lack of preparation was disappointing. There was a concert nearby so I’m sure the room was a little overpriced that night, but it was not cheap for a 3 star hotel that didn’t quite live up to the 3 stars. I would not stay here again. There are plenty of other choices in the area.

We stayed here for the Travelers Championship and will gladly come back. Comfortable stay with welcoming and helpful staff, a filling hot breakfast, good coffee, and comfy needs and pillows. Nothing fancy but everything we needed.

Staff was very pleasant and efficient! Room was clean and comfortable. The inner bolt on my door had been damaged and replaced. The door frame inside was scratched and dented. The door itself near the inner lock was also dented. It was apparent that someone had pushed the locked door from the outside, causing that damage. The lock did work, but I think the damage could have been repaired more effectively. It was troubling to view.

This stay was awful. My sister tried to call and cancel her room at noon before check in and was told that would be fine and they would call her back. Once they finally did they had given her incorrect information and told her we had to go through Expedia. At this point it was too late to cancel. This is just one example of how unhelpful the staff was. No one was ever at the desk. The pool was dark and dirty. We will not be returning.

Second day room was not clean until 4:00PM

Good location, nice parking. The service was horrible. Check in was at 3pm. At 3:20 multiple people had no rooms and rooms were still not available.

Our stay was perfect, this is a great place!

Great and helpful staff. Clean room and nice facilities. Breakfast was great and the room got nice and dark. Everything at our stay was great.

Check in quick. Staff very friendly very nice breakfast.

Clean room. Staff was helpful. On weekends breakfast starts at 7AM. That didn't work for me I was out before 7. I didn't notice that when I booked the room.

Not so good

Close to the city and plenty of places to eat. Reasonably priced, breakfast ok. Pool was overrun with unruly children, not enough chairs and a local swim school using it the next day, not very clean. Didn’t activate key card and no apology when we had to go back down to lobby. Limited parking and staff didn’t care that multiple cars were taking up two spots each.
