I booked this because I wanted to swim in the waterpark, however, the waterpark was closed Wednesday - Friday. I booked it for Wednesday and when I booked it they never said it was going to be closed for those days. It would have been nice to know that before I booked it.

Wanted to check out the waterpark to see if it would be suitable to bring the grandkids. IT WAS CLOSED!! Why charge so much to stay at a "resort" with waterpark when the park isn't open until Thursday at 4-8pm? Not worth staying for the waterpark. Also remembered why we never went back to stay in the hotel!! They didn't upgrade anything in the rooms before adding waterpark. Beds are very uncomfortable!! No amenities in room except coffee pot. No microwave or fridge. Breakfast is the worst. Only waffles, instant oatmeal, toast, cereal. Items that were supposed to be cold wasn't. Nothing put on ice or fridge. Will not be back to stay!!

Everything. The room and swim area were excellent. Snack bar was reasonable. Room was too dark!!

The room and the Water Park was great. My grandkids absolutely loved it. There is not a lot of food options and the restaurant in the casino is NOT kid friendly whatsoever. I sat my grandkids down at the table and did our drink order. I told the waitress that I was going to the casino to get my husband. I was not gone 90 seconds, drinks were not on the table and the manager came over to my grandkids and ask where I was and could they call me. I get back to the table and the kids told me what happened and then security shows up and chews me out and tells me I cannot leave the children unattended at no time. We were not in the casino, we were in the restaurant. I guess if it was just me there with the kids I couldn’t to the bathroom either. It was totally uncalled for by the manager and security. On top of that the food was not good either.

Loved the water park & casino I was expecting more for the price a night for the rooms that are considered suites

We stayed in the Otoe king suite. Very spacious and comfortable. The water park was great! The arcade was good just wished more of the games were working and not down. But the amount of tickets given for the game play was great and the prizes were really good also! The breakfast was delicious!

The stay was great. I wish the rooms had mini fridges and microwaves,bu5 everything was amazing. Gamily friendly clean and so much fun.

Clean, secluded, kid friendly 3rd floor loud noises on the 2nd.

Loved everything besides the beds, very clean and very nice. Kids loved the Waterpark we spent all day and night in there! The bed was very uncomfortable, just seemed like it needs replaced. Even the kids were complaining about how uncomfortable the beds were

That I was no longer driving and it had a family room option. 4 kids in bunk beds and queen size bed. I arrived after driving for ten hours to a clerk who was unbelievably rude.! I had to ask if this is where you check in and then she said give me your id. I was taken aback by how straight up mean she was. Our room then had bedbugs so we were switched to a different room. Room was not dirty but definitely not clean, milk and used drinks in the fridge. Breakfast was waffles and bread products with mildly warm milk.

We had a great time! The room was very clean, breakfast was fast and organized, the pool is always staffed with lifeguards. The only problem we had was checking in. The lady was very rude and not helpful. Thankfully we had other family staying too so they were able to help us. The rest of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely be making this an annual stop!

It was a challenge getting the room serviced daily.

We rented one of the suites that has a separate queen in a bedroom and then a queen and a fold-out couch in the main room. We stayed for two nights which ended up costing us around $700. Just have to say we were very disappointed in quality and cleanliness of what we received for that kind of pricing. The carpets are dated and dirty and need cleaned. The rooms felt as if they were minimally furnished with a few bare items and mostly empty space. The beds had metal pieces sticking out, I'm assuming to help hold the mattresses in place, that were equivalent to the receiver hitch of motel rooms and cost me a busted shin four or five times. The mattresses were cheap and worn out and collapsed in places and the sleep was very poor. The breakfast that you buy with the room was no different than what you would get at any roadside hotel and consisted of some frozen heated up gravy and fake bacon and a little waffle bar and cereal choices. The water park was enjoyable but the kids got bored after an hour or two because it's fairly small compared to a normal water park. All the staff that we dealt with were very pleasant and did a great job taking care of us, we were just disappointed with the quality of the food and the rooms and the cleanliness in some aspects. Would not go back here again for the price we had to pay.

The bartenders were nice but that’s all I can say that I liked The hotel did not make it clear that the water park was closed Monday and Tuesday, the hot breakfast is only served during weekends every other day you only get breads and a waffle, the room was not stocked and was barely clean. All of the staff was very rude. We also had an issue where we needed someone from the hotel staff and they were no where to be found.
