very dirty, roach came out the wall, dead bugs on the floor and the floor in general was dirty. the only nice thing was the shower.

The reason why I don’t like the way they treat me and the room I reserved it was completely different than the pictures.also when I open the door smells full of smoke cigarettes and had kids to . I couldn’t even breathe . I was asking the manager to switch to my room and she said no you guys can leave with no respect and .after 15-20 minutes argument that she switch us another hotel next building .

Front desk guy was the worst I have encounter staff was no better in the office. Black men at that ,they all need to be retrained or replaced. Will never go to the establishment again.

Absolutely horrible place. Manager is disorganized, rude, & disrespectful. Has HORRIBLE customer service skills. Charged me for 2 rooms that I had originally reserved, only gave me a set of key cards for one room. Fought with me saying that only had one room, regardless if they charged me for two (again like I originally reserved). She eventually was able to figure her crap out however by the time she was able to, her rudeness, disrespectful tone, & horrible customer service made me want to just leave immediately. The building looked like it was not well maintained at ALL with cardboard or something covering some of the downstairs windows, for example. The hotel hallway, even the room smelled like absolute garbage. Really I would rate this place a 0 out of 5 stars if I could. - also claimed to have gave me a refund but yet it’s not even pending in my account with BOTH of the hotel room amounts, already taken out of my bank account. Absolutely horrible experience with this place & the manager.

The pool could use a do over

We got there early and couldn’t get in because they were cleaning. lol the room wasn’t sweep or clean. Had mold on the walls near bathroom. Towel rack was broken out of the wall and just hanging. You had to unplug the microwave to open the door after using it. From the front door through the check in area was a mess. Ice maker broken water everywhere. Trust me we want be back.

Everything except for the staff and bed is horrible. I stepped on a bug in the middle of the night when I used the bathroom. I guess that's what we get for what we pay for.

Worst hotel stay every 0/10 do not recommend. This place was so filthy. The first room they put us in the bathroom light was out and the toilet was gross. We changed rooms twice and it was still gross… and the non smoking room smelled like cigarettes. There were dead smashed millipedes all on the side walks and in the stairwells. The professionalism was non existent The pool was cloudy and bug filled. I mean I could go on and on. And I stayed there for the 4th of July weekend!

Didn't like anything about it. The room had cockroachs bed was hard and noisy, there was no amenities very little but wipe only 2 towels for 2 people crack heads running around the property. Stayed 8 hours and got the hell out

This place was terrible. The room looked nothing like the photos. False advertising. The room smelled like cigarette smoke, the floor was filthy, the paint was peeling off the bathroom ceiling, the curtains were broken, and spiderwebs hanging from the ceiling. Then at 4am the people above started stomping around for 30mins straight. Never ever staying at this place again.

I stayed here because the reviews Expedia showed were okay (should’ve checked google). The lobby seemed fine but as soon as we walked into our building it smelled like an animal shelter. It’s obvious people had cats/dogs and did not clean up after them. The place had so many roaches alive and dead and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. There was also burn marks on the comforter and the tv didn’t work. Our stay was only for the night so it’s fine and I didn’t fear for my safety but I did fear for my hygiene.

Bad customer service and no hospitality

I got home and realized I am covered in bed bug bites. I called the staff to let them know and they just denied it. I now have to treat my entire house. This should not happen.

Staff was very helpful and friendly but wasn't able to do anything about the shower or roaches.

The hotel was extremely dirty—the rooms, the hallways, everything. I would never recommend it. They changed my room three times. The first one had dog hair and everything was dirty. In the second room, there was a used sanitary pad and many cockroaches in the furniture; the floor was full of insects. The third room was a little less bad than the others, but the floor was still extremely dirty, as if it had not been mopped with a wet cloth.

Room wasn’t clean even in the slightest. Nothing had been mopped or wiped down. The toilet and bathtub was still dirty and even had hair in it. The fire alarm was ripped off the wall at some point in time and the fridge was beyond disgusting. There was raw, rotting, chicken drums left in it for god knows how long and was leaking juices inside and outside of the fridge and stunk. It was so bad we had to leave the hotel and find a new place to stay at. Even the hallways smelt like dirty diapers. -10/10. I hope nobody stays here ever, even if they’re desperate. For all we know we could’ve been taking home bed bugs if we slept in that bed. It’s so bad it made the hotels on Gordon Ramsey’s Hotel Hell look good.
