THE PRICE I was harassed by 3 police Because the property manager or who ever told the police there are ppl out there doing fentanyl and messing with needles I’m like huh ? And this was literally 5 mins after I leave my room Police pulled up on me and my brother and put us in handcuffs and searched the car blew me felt illegal to me because there was literally no reason for them to search us We gave them no reason except chillin in the car We wasn’t even smoking or anything And there where other ppl outside in the parking lot but me and my brother happens to be the only one to get picked on ……. This happened at like 9 maybe 10 maybe 11 at night .. I was pissed but keep my cool. As me bein a guest that shit is CRAZY !!!!!! Run them cameras u will see .. The first room I got toilet didn’t work 111 Told em about it , he wanted to see the toilet Got moved Next door 112 , bugs in the room Told my lady wait in the car while I get this straight moving from one place to another and didn’t want her to see the bugs… Came to front desk asked him for a favor please get that bug gone for me I don’t want my lady to see that I got her a room with bugs and spiders He said alright I got u .. I said thank u im getting ready to take my lady out to eat this is the perfect time . So I went back to the room sprayed tryna get the empty hotel room smell out … And then left .. we come back from eating guess wat The bug still in the room my lady sees it and now I gotta deal with her uncomfortableness and the attitude She wanted to take a shower All the towels in the room damn near brown and crunchy . Smh Good then I brought my extra towels Also got my own blankets i used to put on top off the beds and couldn’t use the pillows because the pillows where like dirty brown She left and did not want to come back I got the room for 2 night Smh and the gym omg wat happen to mulberry inn

Please avoid this location!! I was planning to stay here for a night with my family after a long day because my son was playing in a tournament this weekend, and it was a last-minute plan. I checked in and walked over to the room, and from the moment I started walking toward it, I could already feel it wasn't going to be a good night. I'm not sure whether the front office or the cleaning staff left the door open, but it wasn't locked and was wide open, as if someone had already been there. I knocked and walked in, and it was awful. There was trash all over the floor, and dead bugs everywhere. The room itself smelled like cigarettes, even though I asked for a room in the non-smoking area. I was totally disappointed and frustrated with the room, so I walked over and asked if I could have another room. They said they didn't have any other rooms available, so I asked them for a refund. The guy at the front desk said he couldn't do that because he didn't have authorization to give refunds, so I asked him to call his manager or anyone above him, and he said no one was available. Then he said I would have to wait 72 hours to get a refund and that he couldn't help me anymore. I was so mad and frustrated with how he handled everything that I walked away and decided to look for another hotel for the night because I wasn't going to stay here. All the pictures they show online are complete lies, and this hotel is seriously a -10; I suggest no one stay here.

Bugs and tv appliances don’t work $--- the worst

I didn’t like it. In one building it had those centipedes on floor and in room. Hallways dirty.No room service until you check out. Had to ask for towels

I was given 3 rooms 2 of which the RSV did not work and the last one I could not get into it becaue it was infested with huge spiders, even the front desk clerk could not clear the way it was over 30 spiders blocking the stairs and the actual room door.

My family and I travel quite often and this has been by far the worst experience. As soon as we walked in there were dead roaches on the floor and then several other live roaches appeared. The couch had holes in it, there was dry blood by the bathroom sink, the door to the bath door was grimy and looked like no one had put a damped cloth to it in years. The refrigerator was missing shelves, the tv wasn’t working, staff was not helpful in finding a resolution. Spend the extra money and go elsewhere.

Stay at the hotel was great in excellent.

It was a disgusting, unsanitary mess. I walked on the room & immediately went to get a refund. I didn’t stay

Absolutely nothing People were living there.. the place and staff were absolutely terrible. I tried to cancel and they wouldn’t let me. There was bugs, people selling drugs outside, no clean towels or bed sheets. I want a refund still it’s one of the worst experiences ever

We have been here lil over a week and we love it!!! The pool is well maintained and super quiet, area is nice and quiet too

Everything was terrible, as soon as I arrive at the location driving 4 hours away. The room was full of roaches. Smelled terrible. This place should be shut down. I left as soon as I checked in, I was not staying.

very dirty, roach came out the wall, dead bugs on the floor and the floor in general was dirty. the only nice thing was the shower.

Location. ONLY. The entire facility was gross, unclean & run down in every way. Room was not clean, bathroom was dirty & overrun with insects. Window was broken & falling out of the frame/jam. Phone to front desk was disconnected. Lights didn’t work. TV was busted. Overall it was nasty.

The reason why I don’t like the way they treat me and the room I reserved it was completely different than the pictures.also when I open the door smells full of smoke cigarettes and had kids to . I couldn’t even breathe . I was asking the manager to switch to my room and she said no you guys can leave with no respect and .after 15-20 minutes argument that she switch us another hotel next building .
