Amazing

The room was a suite with a kitchen and living room with tv and electric fireplace. But the most awesome was the universe ire of the ocean!

This is our 2nd time staying here and it's by far our favorite place to stay on the coast. The rooms are so fun and nice each having their own theme. Our son loves the porthole windows from the bunk beds. We love that our side room still has an incredible view of the ocean and beach. Check in and check out are a breeze. Definitely book early cause this place fills up fast. We will be back for sure!

Everything was wonderful and peaceful. The beach was clean and always almost empty. We had a room with a kitchette and there was a Fred Meyer and Walmart just up the road a short way. We were close to several sites, like agate beach and devils punch bowl. Overall, amazing and we are planning our next trip and will be staying there again.

It was cozy and clean and friendly on a private beach

This is a quaint little place, with a lot of character and very clean. Excellent beach access. Some road noise but other than that very quiet. However, I did not find the value in the facilities--ocean view from room not what I expected, and room furnishings old and mismatched. I only stayed one of my two nights paid. I would rate this a 3 out of 5.

Bed comfortable, nice to have quilts, coffee provided. Toilet did not flush properly, dirty windows making view difficult, needs paint and flooring repair, plug ins not safe. No directions for tv or magazines about local places. Heater did not turn off properly. Basically, run down for the price.

So peaceful! Loved my own private balcony for reading and watching the waves. Peggy the manager was very kind and helpful. Room was spotless. The beach wasn't crowded at all! So close to Newport for anything I needed. This was my second stay and I will keep returning!!! Thank you!

Property is older but it's clean and well maintained. The view is wonderful. We will be back.

Cute studio room. Convenient location close to town. The dog that apparently lives by the laundry room barked every time you went by. There was only one fork and knife in the drawer. We had to use the 2 spoons. The floors are uneven and slant. I have equilibrium. It was not good for that. The bed was very hard. It really needs to be repainted by a professional, sloppy paint job now. The bathroom cabinets look like something from the 50s and had paint over spray on them. Bed lamp wouldn't work.

This was a wonderful place to stay and Peggy was super sweet.
