Nice staff. Pretty location. Very nice Large room. Having restaurants on site. Food was very good. Place is so large and has so many very large sitting rooms, that it is far to walk to rooms.. ours anyways. Perhaps once the South Wing entrance is open that will chance. No lighting as you make the long walk down to the parking lot. we did discover a set of steps from the parking lot to a walkway to the lobby. There was a small light at the start of that walkway, but then no lights.

Solo motorcycle traveler. Property is nice, clean, safe area. Room was clean, quiet, a little dated, didn’t expect a Murphy bed but it was fine - very good value for the money. Dinner was good but pretty pricey. Didn’t have breakfast, which was not included. Helpful staff. I’d stay there again.

Pool and hot tub were good, and a nice firepit outside each night. They did come up within an hour when I complained about the flies and vaccuumed them up for me- it helped for a few hours. Poor soundproofing between rooms that are "optional adjoining"- it was like having a roommate. This property is not handicap-friendly- 1 room with an accessible shower (was occupied so I was told to "use the shower in the pool area"), room I was given was very far from elevator, handicapped parking is still a hike from front entrance (I know it is a ski resort but even handicapped people bring their children/friends to ski!). There were flies (like drain flies) everywhere in my room. Murphy bed was super uncomfotable. Hate to be so negative, but was a rough two nights.

Location was beautiful--in the mountains. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a musty, stale smell to the room when we first arrived. We opened the window and aired it out for a while, then the room was fine.

I am very happy with this location for the price. Went in September before the ski season. Got a good price for a 3 days stay. Lots of stuff to do in the area for hiking and exploring. Hwy 17 is close and it is one of the most beautiful drives in the US (IMHO). There was a few parts of the hotel that looked a little worn, and I had to flip the mattress on the bed, but for the most part I am very happy with the stay and would happily stay here again.

We wanted to be in that area. We thought going to a ski resort in August might not be the best choice but it certainly was. The outdoor pool was lovely and we very much enjoyed the hot tubs!! One of the simple unexpected touches was the bon fire and provisions for roasting marshmallows!! My grandson loved this nice touch.

Brandon at the front desk was amazing! The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had an excellent meal at Ember with Elizabeth taking care of us, and she was fantastic.
