Beautiful setting, nice property.

This is a lovely property with many extras. We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite which had a small kitchenette and a murphy bed in the expansive common area - grandson opted to sleep on the leather sofa. Bed in bedroom was super comfy. Our view was spectacular. We could see 5 mountains! Hot tub was nice and toasty. The jar of marshmallows for fire pit was a nice touch.

Room felt really dated and bland, more like a days inn. The cafe was way overpriced, $6.50 for a self serve mediocre cup of coffee. The lobby was nice but the room was a huge disappointment.

I stayed here for the wedding. Beautiful grounds and beautiful fuse. It’s a very clean hotel. The public restrooms for the conference rooms and the event areas are exceptionally clean and well maintained. The room was in excellent repair and very comfortable. I like that you can open the windows to allow fresh air to come in. My room at a full-size fridge, a stove, top with oven and a microwave. I thought all of the decorations and appointments were beautiful. I thought it was a great place to stay. The photos really don’t do this Hotel justice. Front desk staff in the manager were very friendly and funny. They were very helpful. They had adequate handicap spots available close to the entranceway, which was very good. I definitely would stay here again.

Rooms need updating and sliders needs a complete overhaul, but the updates to the main lobby and the staff plus amenities were great.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. However I was there towards the end of the ski season and there was noticeably less staff around to help with bags and ski equipment when checking in, but I guess this is expected when visiting outside of peak season

Newer of the two hotels, easy access to the igloo It is harder to get to the other peaks.

Great place, love the easy ski in and out access. Love the ski storage (concierge style). Grateful for the amenities: steam room, sauna, pool, jacuzzi and gym. Lobby area was nice to sit and enjoy the fireplace. Cute little touches like the marshmallows for roasting and the tea in the lobby. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms and even the sauna area could use a bit of an upgrade as it seems like it's probably been a while but that is minor compared to the great experience. Also, take note that the food everywhere in the area is quite expensive. Would highly recommend.

the recently renovated lobby and hallways are well done. Dark tones with warm lighting and a feeling of being out in nature but indoors. the lobby has great vibes - well maintained fire, little free snacks and drinks, lots of seating and activity. the staff was attentive and helpful. the room was a little more dated and sparse on decore, but clean and efficient. theski in ski out was so nice and the restaurant sliders was a bit spendy but really good. i would stay again and recommend friends and fam.

Ability to Ski in/ Ski off was a bonus! The hot tub had fierce vertical jets which made relaxing uncomfortable and added water to our drinks ?? Very good value!

Convenient ski in ski ou They had an issue with their boiler. No heat on the hot tub /pool and all four of us had cold showers one of the evenings.

Great mini ski vacation. Grandkids and family love the Jordan Hotel!!!
