Close to airport. On the river…3 minute walking distance to kayak/canoe/paddleboard rentals. Did I mention how great the beds are?!!
-
The hotel is dated, bedsheets and towels had holes in them. The pool was as usable but cloudy and dispite staff assuring us they oukd arrange the refund they did not.

Very welcoming and helpful! Rooms were very nice and clean

Parking is confusing! Hotel is great!

Disappointing stay, especially for the price. The hotel is dated and in need of significant updates. There was no one available in the lobby to get coffee in the morning, which was frustrating for a full-service Marriott. The location is also misleading if you’re visiting Boston. Unless you’re driving, it’s more than a 1.5-hour trip by commuter train, so it’s far less convenient than advertised. Overall, far too expensive for the quality and location. We won’t be staying again.

Scam.

I don't like need to pay for the wifi. Nowadays, most of the hotel offer free wifi. I'm so surprised that this hotel need $10/night for using wifi

Overall the stay was nice.

There are no microwaves in the rooms. There’s 1 microwave in the whole hotel for all the guests which I thought was a bit ridiculous because of how much this hotel was. Also, there are no bathroom vents. If you plan on taking a HOT shower, don’t open the door right away. The smoke detector is right there. Also, there’s no hot tub. Just a pool. The restaurant was okay. My boyfriend got the lobster roll and said it was not good. He could barley bite through the lobster and said it tasted like imitation lobster. You do have to pay for parking. $20 a night. Thankfully I didn’t have a car but I thought that was a bit much. Especially because of how much the hotel itself was. Overall, I’d say my stay was a 3/5. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Those are just some things I noticed.

The room itself was comfortable and clean. The hotel was pleasant but not especially impressive. It's a sprawling building, which makes getting from the room to the front desk or any of the amenities a bit of a hike. The property is in a safe, quiet location but there's very little to do in the area. It's a short drive to Boston, if you have a car and find yourself wanting something more interesting. We traveled with our family of four, and the room was comfortable and large enough that we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. I could see this hotel being an good option for a business traveler or anyone attending an event in the area.

Restauraunt terrible, grounds should be nicer but poorly maintained. Room was fine

This is basically a conference venue, outside of Boston; it is clean and professionally run. Expensive for what it offers, with extra costs for internet and, amazingly, parking. It's pretty soul-draining experience, but, as it is a corporate chain, that is to be expected.
-
The room that we stayed in was dark and not recently renovated. Also, there was a patio with dirty chairs and a sprinkler system that was mis-directed. We are Bonvoy regulars. Not up to Marriott's standards!

Great location. Tons of parking. Staff is always great. Nice fitness roon and pool. Room was clean and comfortable

Had to pay for parking. All together the price for hotel was not worth the quality

We were staying for one night and had the farthest from the elevator and lobby all they way down a old hallway. The comforter had a stain on it . The room was basically clean but dated and the bathroom door did not work. For the price we paid I was disappointed and would not stay there again. When you pay over $300 a night you expect a higher quality hotel.

A view of the Charles River and outdoor seating to enjoy the river view. The pool is open 6AM-11PM.
