The service was great

All the stuff was so very helpful! The hotel and the grounds were immaculate and the hotel accessibility were top-notch. I loved the outdoor seating by the river - so peaceful and quiet!

We had a nice day. The room was very clean. Nice new bathroom convenient Starbucks drinks downstairs.

I like that it was very clean, amenities weee good overall a great hotel. I wish the bar would open earlier and close later. I mean 10:30pm close time for adults is crazy ..

Excellent location and a very family friendly environment

Nice room with a view over the river. Lively bar/restaurant. For me the beds were too soft and the shower pressure weak.

Decent condition of location. Rooms were clean and recommend first floor for ease of access.

The location is in desperate need of renovations. The rooms smell musty, carpets need to be replaced, plaster in the ceilings is cracked and chipping, pillow mist and a half drank water bottle was left behind in our room from either a guest or housekeeping, and the restaurant was closed both days due to a private event, and people just leave food trash in the hall outside of their doors. That's not even the worst part...after returning from a night out, we opened the door, and a mouse ran out of my closet across the room and behind the bed!!! I went down to the front desk and oddly I did not feel that the desk staff was surprised. He offered to waive my parking fee, which by the way is $20 per night. At that point I would have rather have slept in the car. We were moved to another room. Totally freaked out, we packed our bags and headed to the new room. When we entered the new room, I opened the door and to my surprise and the person we walked in on, the room was already occupied! Back to the front desk to move again. At this point it was midnight , and I pretty much did not sleep all night. The next morning, I spoke to a manager who was not alerted by the evening staff as to what transpired. He credited the parking and offered Expedia points. Honestly, I regret booking through Expedia as it limited my recourse, and I would NEVER recommend this property. It was disgusting.

Body wash bottle was ripped off the wall and they placed it in the shower caddy. Hair in bathtub. No suitcase holder. Broken remote. Room view was disgusting.

Thought complimentary coffee in the morning would have been nice but not a big deal

This hotel is amazing — spotlessly clean and perfectly located.

Rooms were updated and clean, staff was wonderful. Outside could use some updating. We will definitely stay again when in the area.

We took a red eye flight from California. we arrived very early and were very tired. the staff looked to see if there was a room available and accommodated us. they were very nice. the only thing was in the restaurant, I ordered fish, but the chef was adamant that he would not carry tartar sauce. He makes his own sauce which was just ok, However when people order fish and chips, you should atleast carry tartar sauce. the waiter stated that the chef doesn't want to carry it. If that is the case, state that on the menu so people know ahead of ordering. Most restaurants who sell fish and chips have tartar sauce.

The only problem was that they did not provide a complementary coffee or hot water station. There was a Starbucks station, but that was not complementary nor open. Everything else was great, especially the staff at registration.

When booking the reservation, it said free parking, however, while checking in, they said it was $20 a day, but they waived it.

I liked the view to the river and it was very quiet.

Check in staff was really helpful and friendly. Pool was warm and saltwater rather than chlorine. The room had everything we needed including the refrigerator, and our room had a small very pleasant balcony looking over the river. Some of the other hotel guests were noisy during the night. The pool shower was not very clean, and the plumbing had the big shower and the smaller hand held on at the same time (weird, but not a problem, just a waste of water). I don't see the point of paid parking. The gated entry is a pain. Just charge us more and don't make us have to deal with the gate.
