Excellent breakfast Excellent decor Great staff Dog friendly Parking was $40 + tax plus our small dog was an additional $50 plus tax for 1 night

Door doesnt latch or lock securely. Paper/plastic covering rust and mold in walls and ceilings in halls and walls. Carpet is damp. Wood is rotted out.
-
Close to tourist attractions Indoor pool Room was clean Bed was comfortable Unpleasant odour in hallways Very old, worn and stained carpeting in rooms and hallways needs updating. Room could also use updates especially curtains and flooring.
-
Location being close to everything without paying on strip prices. 10 minute walk to tourist area Clifton hill and 10 minute walk to the falls. Around the corner from some great restaurants Hallways do not have ac so can feel stagnant but gone once you enter rooms

The staff makes you feel right at home Nothing

Decent facilities in a good location. Close walk to the Falls. Some restaurants nearby, not the most attractive setting - very concrete feel to the surrounding area but convinient. Beds had variable reviews - some family felt they were comfortable. Others felt that they were too soft and caused back pain. The front desk was a bit disorganized and notified Booking that we never check in for our stay but we did. They couldn't find us in the system to check us out. Otherwise things were just fine.

Lot of guest with dogs

Location was good for the price Needs a bit of a refresher :) and breakfast was a bit pricey

The hotel is unique - it's a flour mill from 1904. The owners have done a great job creating a welcoming atmosphere, inside and out, with plenty of sitting areas for everyone to hang out. There's a bar, a separate restaurant, a boutique and patio. Loved!!

The location Everything!!!! no air conditioner very hot in the hotel and room was hot even with the air-conditioning on 62!!!! Water pressure was the worst!!!!! Ads were misleading staff wouldn't work with us because AI canceled our reservation. The staff wanted to charge us over $500.00 per night!!!!!!! Lighting in the room was so dim couldn't see. Bathroom had very dim lights!!!!! No mini fridge!!!! Getting luggage up to our room was a nightmare!!!!! Doors were to small and wouldn't open enough to accommodate the luggage cart. The there was a step you couldn't get the luggage cart up. CRAZIEST THING I'VE EVER SEEN!!!!!!

The experience overall was good, The staff was very kind. It shoukd had the breakfast included because its easier for the guest to eat and go out to the falls ;). It needs some renovations to recover this nice building but nothing to regret :)

This hotel is short walk to the falls and has a great outdoor space great for watching the World Cup on the evening or reading in the morning. The room had everything you would need. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. We slept great! The staff was so helpful and friendly. I wish the cafe opened earlier. I’d love to have a coffee before 8am.
