Great location. I stayed in the Tower D which I think it's an older building of the hotel. The carpet in hallways and my room stinks. As soon as I walked in I felt i couldn't even breath. I had to open the balcony door and turned up the ac to let go of the smell. But that didn't help much. Hallways have the same old carpet and stinks too. It's disappointing that I paid for 4-star hotel (as it said) rate for an old 2-star room with stinky carpet. Those carpet seriously needs to be replaced.

Not really much to write home about. Felt disappointed in the price paid For the price I paid, I expected the parking for the night to be at lead waived or included in the price for the room. Breakfast isn’t included which is uncommon in the hotel industry. We were put in the first floor room in tower B with absolutely crap view. For the price paid, we should’ve got a decent room with a view. Very disappointed

Mr. Todd, MOD, was amazing! ?? He checked me and answered all of my questions. The staff, were pleasant as well. To close the ice machine. I enquired about relocation, but nothing was available, according to the agent. Didn’t get a good night sleep during the entire stay. Disturbance as well, from other guest being loud through the night, terrible. Also, I was nervous because a chair was outside my door and every time I came back it was fix differently. I mentioned it but it never was moved. I was staying there by myself and didn’t feel that safe. I was there at a convention and came home late. I was told it was maybe the hockey team people. It was weird.
