Updated, clean, affordable and convenient location.

Property was clean, front desk staff was super helpful. Parking was ample. Breakfast was fine. This was our second stay at this property in last 6 months.
-
Bed was comfortable. Good breakfast. The carpet needs to be removed- it felt sticky. Really good shower- we would definitely stay again.

Everything about a business thatbitbshoupd be this place hit it all!
-
The room was great, the bed was veeeeeery comfy, washer dryer was accessible if needed, the breakfast was delicious, the eating area was clean and comfortable. The carpet really needs to be cleaned that was it honestly.
-
Up to date and clean.
-
Location was good, near the airport and the staff was friendly. Room was spacious and bathroom size was also good. there was a smell in the room, the room seemed clean but the smell was very bad, we had a very early flight so we left at 3am and we got there pretty late too we just wanted to sleep but the smell was almost like a wet dog, did not feel comfortable taking my shoes off

Booked on booking.com, wish they would have stated the pet fee is $75 and non refundable first of all. Second of all you can’t be real pet friendly if you don’t vacuum under the bed which isn’t closed off at all so my dog went under there and ate some of the SEVERAL different kinds of food and treats that were god knows how old and then got sick. I should not be cleaning a room I spent almost $200 on! And it’s certainly not allergy friendly, the entire layer of dog hair and dander under everything should have given me that clue but my husband and I both woke up with major congestion and sinus headaches. Very upset I spent $75 for my pet to stay thinking he’d at least be comfortable with us and instead we take a shower and come out to him being sick.

The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and I believe it has been renovated… the breakfast in the morning was good.

Very helpful, attentive staff at this busy property.
-
Everything was fantastic, the beds are so comfortable, rooms and hotel very clean and the most friendliest staff. There was a very minor toilet issue but was handled immediately while we were eating breakfast. We will definitely stay there again. Breakfast by the way was delicious!

Breakfast was very good.
-
Nice hotel - short drive to restaurants, etc. close to Yellow Line train with parking. Allows you to access downtown by connecting to the Red line train.
-
Fill the bottles in the restroom whether someone uses them or not. And the lack of dusting shouldn't be able to tell that in certain areas. Ppl still have allergies to dust and dust mites
-
The property and the staff were Excellent! The buffet breakfast was great with scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, pancakes, a lot more than we ever expected. We would stay here again hands down.
-
The breakfast was decent. Good hot coffee in the lobby at all times. (No coffee makers in the room anymore.) Fruit in good condition and available with your breakfast. Wide assortment of items. However, a strange new rule about only consuming food in the eating area and not your room. Which sort of means you can go get breakfast for your partners/traveling companion and bring it up to them in the room. The hotel is showing some wear over the years but mattresses and pillows are very clean and comfortable and parking was plentiful and well lit at night. They even added some EV chargers! Yay!
