Express Inn & Suites

I registered for two nights but the accommodations were so disgusting that we checked out after one. There were no cups in the room. There was no soap and not enough towels. After three trips to the front desk, I decided to suffer through and just check out. The refrigerator had a spilled soda in it and there was a dirty hand towel on the desk. There was no door knob on bathroom door and a latch to lock it. The drapes hung below the air conditioner so if you wanted air you needed to sacrifice privacy. The room reeked of cigarette smoke even though the front desk clerk lectured me not to smoke in the room. Generally dirty.

The beds were comfortable enough and the room was clean, but the shower water pressure was mediocre and the hallways and stairs had a strange odor and carpet that was coming up. The location was great, but I think we’ll try something else for future visits. Tori at the desk was great - friendly and doing her very best with limited resources.

The bathroom needs a lot of TLC. CORNERS haven't been cleaned out in some time, maybe a little Clorox used on the tub. Drapes have never, never been cleaned.

We stayed for 2 nights. We arrived to checkin at 3pm, posted checkin time and the room was not ready. The first night there was a roach crawling up the wall. The second day, after returning from being out, we noticed the room smelled like urine. We ordered delivery for dinner and within an hour of us putting the empty bag in our trash, the roaches had come out looking for their dinner. The urine smell was definitely coming from the air conditioner so it got worse when the AC cycled on. This room was so gross I couldn’t stand to walk in it barefoot, and nothing about the shower made me feel clean.

This is my 2nd stay. It’s relaxing and feels homey. I found a small hair on one of the towels. That was the only minor disappointment. Beds a little small but I can accommodate.

Staff was friendly and swapped us to a slightly better room. The entire place smelled like cat pee which may have been the paint being used. The first room's furniture had mystery stains, the a/c smelled like mold and there was toilet paper stuffed in the fire detection system. The second room the a/c couldn't be adjusted and leaked and the lamps had no shades on them.

The staff at the front desk was so helpful and extremely kind. The property was quiet and around multiple food options which was great.

Don't waste your money here and if you do, say hi to the creepy guy who wanders the hallways. He'll go the other way.

Not really anything. Won’t stay here again. Room was not what was expected at all. Tv was definitely 10-15 years old. Multiple non functioning outlets, light was burnt out in the main entrance of the rooms
