The elevators were out due to a power surge. So I know that isn't their fault, but this was on top of one of the bars being closed, a "roll away" bod the provided was actually a blow up bed, that leaked, the breakfast didn't open until 7, but they didn't turn the espresso machine on until it opened, and apparently it takes 25 minutes to heat up that machine. So I ordered a drink and they said it would be ready once the machine heats up. I can't back down and they hadn't made my drink, so I had to wait longer now. It was just an overall not great experience, especially for the price. Now, the location is killer, right by campus and Campus Corner, but the service was so-so.

Breakfast at the Rally Kitchen and Bar was amazing. Service was wonderful throughout the entire hotel. Very clean and very friendly. We will definitely stay here again

No elevator was sad for the amount charged for the stay on top of the timing of inconvenience during an event happening that Monday

Beautiful hotel in Norman, right across from OU. We could see the stadium from our hotel room. It was lovely.
