Staff very friendly, rooms clean, great breakfast, comfortable beds. Has indoor pool, was drained and not available

Place was clean. Staff was great! One of the reasons we picked this place was for the pool. The pool was "not available". Staff said it had been broken for over a year. The third party websites needs to be updated.

We really liked the lobby too. It had comfortable seating, games, and a fun library of books. Of course the breakfast was delicious. In the mornings I walked and jogged outside in the beautiful nearby neighborhoods. At night I walked around the property outside and felt very safe.

The pool was out of service but the hotel was not explain on the website that’s misleading.

Very clean room. Very nice staff. Great location for stores and food.

Close proximity to where we needed to be Pool was closed. We were not told this in advance and this was a major reason for choosing this location. We were there for 5 days and our room was not serviced once . I needed fresh towels twice during the stay and both times had to get them myself and had to take our dirty towels down to laundry. Hallways had a funny smell and there was often a strong scent of marijuana in the foyer.

I have very few complaints about this hotel...the pool is broken and has been for quite sometime. I came down in April it was under repair and then again in July and still unable to be used. I hope it's fixed again as I plan to come in Sept to visit family. The rooms are updated but they need to update the hallway and that elevator badly!! Otherwise staff is amazing and the breakfast was amazing. I stay here everytime we come down to see family.

The room smelled of strong mildew and pets. The shower was dirty. The staff was friendly for check in but check out was a quick bye. It was disappointing.
