The dressers were in horrible shape, like ones people put in their yards with a free sign. There was no soap or tissues anywhere in the room. The wall mounted air conditioner was so loud I couldn’t hear the television. That didn’t really matter because they don’t have the remote set up. I turned the tv on to “no signal”. I figured out that I had to switch the input every time. Then the guide has hundreds of channels but the only subscribe to a handful. There is no list of them so I tried to find something to watch but 8 out of 10 channels I selected said “this channel requires a subscription “. I finally gave up as it was late. The walls were so thin I couldn’t hear hear the tenants tv on one side, and the opposite tenant hacking all night long. The next morning I went to the office to cancel the second night. I told him it was disgusting and I wasn’t staying another night. He was extremely disinterested and said “non-refundable “. You booked through Expedia and you can deal with them. I asked repeatedly for 20 minutes but he just shrugged and said he wasn’t going to refund my second night. It was the worst hotel experience I ever had. Disgusting!

Look, this place is adequate if all you need is a bed, a working toilet, and a roof over your head for one night. But from the stained walls, stained sheets, dust and little hairs all over the bathroom, and caked-on grime and dust around the perimeter of the entire floor, this place is NOT clean. I feel bad saying this because the family that owns the place is very nice and they were helpful, but there are some very basic standards of cleanliness and maintenance they are failing to meet. If it were my house and I had guests over, I would be super embarrassed! It is absolutely not worth $180 a night to stay there.

lackluster and lazy motel with the most bare minimum of upkeep, and very spartan. its worth it to pay a bit more for a better motel, and i have low standards. however the location is relatively nice and safe and wasnt an issue. however there was a slew of sketchy characters

I liked nothung except that i was warm and sheltered from the snow. I stayed here because its s mile from work & heavy snow was coming. Bare bones motel. Toilet was lose on base. Microwave broken. They never plowed the lot from the snow so I had to stay another night. A man with a phone knocked at my door st exactly checkout time saying I could pay him in cash. I had no choice but to stay due to being snowed in. They should have comped me the night..day 3 still not plowed so I took my shovel, worked like a mule and shoveled a path out. No one from this motel helped clear the people out. What a dump. Everything.

There was no chair in the room. Room in disrepair. Room not clean. I only had 1 towel, asked for a 2nd one and they said they didn't have any. On the plus side, the bed was nice, the room was warm and the water was hot.

There was nothing yo like about this place except maybe the location. This place was awful! They charged $200 for a room that was hardly worth $60. The floors in the room were wavy and squishy, the bathroom was small and dirty. There wasn’t even a rod for hanging anything. The worst part was our room was next door to the room of a man who clearly resides at this place and he was ranting, raving and cursing all night long making us feel pretty unsafe. The owner should be ashamed for charging as much as he did for this nightmare! Stay away!

I thought the room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. There was no refrigerator or microwave for the food I traveled with. The bed had dead flies behind the pillows. There was no shampoo/conditioner provided, not enough towels, and the soap was not great (super thin)
