Best Western Sherwood Inn & Suites

Being clean. No elevator and we had a 2 1/2 year old and had to carry all of our stuff up stairs and me have lower back problems it was very difficult for me. Also didn't like that there wasn't any cartons of milk only a pitcher. Need more channels for children.

Hotel had a major pipe to rupture and water was turned off on our departure morning. Hotel responded quickly and water was back on in an hour. Created a delay for an hour for us. Overall the hotel was nice.

Comfortable Price a little too high

Nothing at all very disappointing. I wish I could dispute the charge we couldn’t even stay there. We were here for the biker round up. When we finally made it in it had to be about 4 am. The water was brown like rusty dirty brown. The room smelled like mildew. I had to barf. They changed the room. I tried to lay down but wanted to shower. Come to find out the entire motel’s water was disconnected. Everything

Booked hotel because it listed ev charging as an amenity. When I checked i find that they have had that as an amenity in over a year. In July there was cover over the pool and looked like it hasn't been open all summer. I won't be back.

Staff was nice and that’s about the only good thing I have to comment. When we arrived, our room had damp blankets and carpet and smelled of mold or mildew. We asked staff for a dehumidifier and they moved us to another room. Next room had a broken lock and we were told most rooms did as they were “renovating locks”. We decided to just stay as it was already night time and we had to get our child to bed. Went to breakfast and the orange juice was brown and bad tasting, other drinks were empty. Apples were bruised and old. Pancakes tasted weird. Cereal was stale. Eggs, bacon, and yogurt were edible. Went back to our room to discuss leaving early instead of staying for our second night, and found a huge (dead) roach about 3 inches long on the floor. They allowed us to have our second night refunded and we left. Terrible experience would never stay at BW again.

All staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast had a wide variety of foods to choose from and the quality was good. Decaf coffee dispenser out of order was a bummer. The shower water pressure was great! The bed was very clean and comfortable. The two biggest negatives were that the key card could not hold the setting and I had to get a new key coded each time I needed to enter the room. Having stayed nearly a week it was pretty inconvenient. The other concern was the cleanliness of the carpet and bathroom floors. The bathroom floor was sticky, so I always had on footie socks while walking in the room. The bottoms of the socks were absolutely filthy by the end of the week from the carpet. I believe a heavy spray of febreeze when the room was cleaned may have contributed to the condition of the carpet. It needed a deep clean. The socks were so soiled I threw them away when I checked out. The front desk was very helpful in working with me on the variability of when I would check out. Other than the carpet and the key card issue it was a good option for a lengthy stay.

No lights in room, workout room smelled horrible and the lady did not give us our 6am wake up call and the pool was not working in 100 degree weather, I would like a refund…please

What a wonderful stay for my first time in Little Rock Arkansas. Checking in was very pleasant thanks to Rina she was amazingly pleasant very personable yet highly professional, Rina should be utilized in training your future staff on how to connect with your customers. Also Bob was extremely helpful and pleasant, I needed his assistance and he stepped right up and helped me immediately. Very large and very clean room and bathroom. Abundant and well assortment of breakfast items that was very pleasant. 10/10

Room was clean, a bit out dated. The staff was super helpful and very friendly! Free hot breakfast every morning, was decent.

Clean room, staff was great, breakfast was good, parking was a little limited due to people parking trailers or boats across multiple parking spaces in spaces closest to door
