Everything was great...!! The parking was terrible. Thats the only down fall.

All amenities!!! Friendly employees , all activities for all ages , music / bar .. lots of entertainment!! Plenty of parking / signs everywhere/ rooms … pools etc

Staff is very inconsiderate, tried to sell me their timeshare or membership even when I explicitly asked to finish our interaction. And the person running the game room was outright rude.

The parking was awful Wait to get on or off elevators was awful The wave pool looked much larger in picture than it really was

Good location. Plenty of amenities. Walking distance to the beach. The elevators were slow. It was hard to find my way around the other 3 towers and I didn’t know who to ask. No one was around to ask questions or inquire of our stay. When I checked in, the instructions were given so quickly, I didn’t retain anything. I was not aware that I had to give my card and $250 was going to held for incidentals. That really took me off guard and is probably why I didn’t hear anything else.

Like the location it was not a 3 bedroom it was a 2 bedroom. However the own did have us 2 different units. We had 2,2 bedroom apartment. The property is advertised as a 3. Very clean and overall a great stay Just honesty about the tiim it was on 2 different floors but they were clean. The stay was awesome
