The only issue was the height of the bathtub being to high, but everything else was wonderful.

The staff were excellent. The cleaning girls were loud in the hallways. I had to keep my kitchen drapes closed because of the construction crane right outside of it.

Room was perfect great view of the beach

Our room door was not latched when we arrived. The door way had cob webs. Hall messy. Mold in the bathroom. The ground level

The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. The only suggestions I would have are to have more carts available for the tower closer to the inlet, as most of the carts seemed to be located at the main tower near the lobby. Also, while I understand that trash is unavoidable, the smell in the hallways was very strong at times. Thankfully, it never made its way into our room. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back!

The room was clean, and good size. The cleaning staff don't speak English not helpful. The property is very old the ground floor always smelled of garbage, same for the parking garage areas. Not much of anything exciting on the property. Especially for youth and teens.

Loud ethnic music played poolside.

Very dated hotel. TV’s did not work, although I never use them when I travel. Cheap place to stay. Decent beds.

The construction going on was a lot aggravating and the pool facilities are just kind of small I did not care for being above the parking garage I have thought that I was actually Oceanfront when I had booked this but that's okay the inside of the facility condo we stayed in was beautiful

The view was amazing, the room was clean and had plenty supplies however the doors are in need of painting and the hallway was never vacuumed the entire time I was there. I didn't see many workers but the few housekeeping attendants were very nice. The entrance to our room had a terrible odor. The previous guest had left a bucket of fish, a knife and an empty bucket outside of our room. Someone called about it and no one ever came to remove it. The next day my husband picked it up and gave it to the housekeeper to discard it, however the random knife outside the door was never removed. I don't think we will stay again.

The property is in need of a deep cleaning and a renovation. Location is great but wouldn’t stay there again due to the uncleanliness of the entire property.

The breakfast was amazing. We had a really good time. Our room was nice and clean when we got there housekeeping was on point beach and pool access was phenomenal , all of the staff was really nice and very helpful Everything was kept clean and professional

I liked the location and size of the rooms. Cleaning could have been better. Looked like pubic hair in the shower and some on the sink. Pair of dirty panties were laying in the bathroom floor half under the towel table that was left from the previous renters which is pretty nasty. The construction across the rd wasn't to great but nothing you could do about that.

The room was clean, the staff helpful and the view was wonderful! The only problem was I wanted to stay longer!!

Run down, only worried about the vacation clubs, refuse to help when needed

Everything thing in this room should be taken to landfill. Furniture dirty and worn out. When you take a shower and walk across the carpet your feet are black from the filthy carpet. Frying pan looked as if they were found in dump somewhere. We have staying at Prince Resort for about 15 years or more My wife and I decided that this would be last . It’s very disappointing when you wait all year to take a vacation and pay a lot of money and you end up a room that ruins it all.

Most of the stay was fine, but there were a few hiccups. I checked in before 4 and was told that I would get a text message once my room was ready. I asked the receptionist if I would get a message despite booking through a third-party app. She said yes. 4 came around. No text. 4:10 came. No text. 4:20 came. No text. So finally I went up to the receptionist and asked if my room was ready. She gave me my room number without acknowledging that I got my room late. I never got the text message telling me my room was ready. Next, I used the vending machine on my floor. It took my dollar but did not count it, so I tried to get change back, and I guess the machine was out of quarters. The vending machine downstairs also took a quarter from me when I tried to get the change back after realizing this machine also did not work. I did not make a fuss about it at the time because I figured it would not get resolved. The stay was ok, but I will likely not return to this resort.
