Knights Inn North Richland Hills

A/C is cool enough and new. WiFi signal is very bad. No signal inside the room. I had to go outside of the room to get signal.

Very quiet and the staff are nice

Quiet location. Staff was grumpy and not generally talkative people.

It’s was dirty and they have roaches the tv didn’t work and it’s was boogers on the wall and one on the tv I will not be going back.

Dirty Blankets with blood splotches on it and stains. The rooms smell like straight bleach

Staff was absolutely rude when I came in to check in. Got to the room and there was roaches and cobwebs everywhere. The floors had dorta and food and grim on them and under the fridge and and under the microwave there as a layer of sticky stuff and food and roaches came running out when we moved them. Has book another room at another hotel and they said they will confirm a refund and now they won't answer the phone.

The Bathroom had some cockroaches in it. The bed was hard as cement. And the pillows were super lumpy and uncomfortable, There was no mirror in the room and the microwave was broken. (Didn’t have the plate in it to put the food on)

The service was bad no clean towels roaches

Location and helpful staff. Old and could use updating,especially paint.There were several holes torn in the bedspread and a small water leak under the bathroom sink.

Great Staff! Only need to remember the bathroom door can lock on its own if it touches the inside wall. The staff was great helping me get it open after I locked myself out.

Nothing this is a nasty place for any kids to be Yall are invested with roches this place is overrated

Walked in had a putrid smell to room, bedding and towel and rags were tattered and stained. Pillow case had dried blood on. A/C heater had foul smell so needs recharged and cleaned
