Knights Inn North Richland Hills

The stay was not the best overall. Unfortunately, the bed was quite uncomfortable, and the toilet was uneven, which made the room less comfortable than expected. However, the staff was very kind and accommodating. I accidentally booked a smoking room, and they were understanding and quickly helped me switch to a different room. I really appreciated their kindness and willingness to help.

The location was acceptable It's advertised as pet friendly, but be warned if you have cats they force you into a smoking room even if you pay more for the non-smoking room, and they make you pay an extra cat fee on top of that that is not stated anywhere on their website like they claim it is. The bed was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on. There were old underwear from lord knows who left in the dresser. Never once saw the complimentary breakfast they claim to have every morning.

A/C is cool enough and new. WiFi signal is very bad. No signal inside the room. I had to go outside of the room to get signal.

It’s was dirty and they have roaches the tv didn’t work and it’s was boogers on the wall and one on the tv I will not be going back.
